Hi,

I have the same problems as above. Playing isn't fun anymore!

I also don't have a button at the settings to turn on/off the mouse control.

Help!

What is your browser?

What is your browser?

I too have all the same problems above, uncontrollable spinning of turret, turret moving down and getting stuck, usually after respawning with a button pressed, but not always.  I use Chrome.  With each update introducing errors and generally making game play less fun, I am very unhappy with the tanki team.  I would make a meme about it, but Putin would put me in jail...

I tried out the mouse control today. It worked sometimes but started to have problems immediately. So, I returned to normal keyboard controls. When I did I immediately noticed my shaft would continually spin in a clockwise or counterclockwise way (uncontrollably) everytime I phased in. It also would automatically either go up or down when I would zoom in with my shaft and if it went up, I would have to hit the "up" button before I regained control and if it went down, the same only with the down button. I have an M-1 shaft and it didn't matter which tank I used, it still did the same thing. I would have to press my "left" arrow if the turret would start turning counter-clockwise and the "right" button if it started turning clockwise in order to regain control of the turret. It then started doing this while playing in the game instead of just when I phased in. My shaft is now unusable. It has not done it with any other turret so far. If there is a "cure" for this, I sure would like to hear about it.

As of the latest update, I have noticed slow response, sticking turret controls, and reduced shot power. When I first enter the game, everything is fine. After a few minutes of play, the turret starts rotating by itself. Sometimes I can correct the problem by pressing each turret control key once. Then my shots stop having much effect on enemy tanks. Later when I go into sniper mode with my shaft gun, the turret will automatically raise to the highest position. I can get it to freeze in position by holding down the down button. I can't correct the problem except by leaving and rejoining the game. The problem returns after a few minutes of play. This is very frustrating. Other players in the game report their tanks sometime drive by themselves.

I was on EN5 in Serpahov CTF

I am using the Titan hull and Shaft Gun turret.

Hello, I'm having problems playing with shaft.

I use a M1 Shaft + Hornet combination and there are two problems which appeared right after mouse controls update.

1- Shaft occasionally spins without giving any command.

2-When in snipe mode you can't shoot exactly where the dot focuses,it's clear that shaft's target is located somewhere on down-right not where it must be.

I use Firefox and have mouse controls disabled.Tried to fix it at settings but there are no options.

Please try to fix it as soon as possible as I find it very annoying and I just can't play my favorite tank anymore.

Thanks.

You know, if I were a gaming company that pushed out na update that made a significant number of players unable to play, I might revoke that update until the problem was fixed.  Do you think you can do that, tanki?  Rather than making those of us who like the shaft tank more and more angrier and less and less likely to stay?  Come on!

Ok, So my scope is not centered. It is in the top left of my screen... which I would be ok with but it doesn't line up with my scope. Anyone have any ideas?

Ever since the Mouse Controls update was in the game, Shaft's aim is doing stuff without my control. Like going upwards, going sideways, and shooting randomly while in scope mode.

By the way, this is with keyboard controls! I haven't tried mouse controls yet, but I've heard that it's riddled with bugs as well. I've tried to play with Shaft, but it's hard to control, and I just get really annoyed with it.

Please fix this, as Shaft is the only gun that I play on Tanki.

PLease remove the mouse control software before the real shaft players leave Tanki for ever.
And develop the software or repair the mouse aiming software offline.
thnx

Hello

I cant use SHAFT anymore , take a look

Plase help , Shaft is my fav

Developers are aware of it, don't worry. It will be fixed soon.

Guys, The screen is at the maximum size (changeable with the - and + keys) and the Shaft Scope is perfectly on-center. So when you play with Shaft, make sure to have your screen at the maximum size.

Like i say, instead of using Google Chrome, use the normal MS Windows.

The turret doesn't turn so often (even not) like in Google Chrome.

Sometimes, when you move left or right while you are aiming, the crosshair slide further then it should.

Problem is not with mouse controls itself, problem with Flash technology. It wasn't expected to be that unstable.

That is a terrible excuse; is there any idea when the Shaft bug will actually be fixed?  Can we at least have updates every few days?  Some communication would be appreciated.  All I have heard for the last week is - it will be fixed "soon".  What does "soon" mean?  I am frustrated to the point of quitting tanki; it's not fun when your main tank is rendered unplayable by a bug that has now persisted over a week.

I wish I had never purchase the m1 shaft since it is now unusable after this last software "improvement". Too bad Tanki doesn't give refunds when they ruin a weapon you have already purchased.  Makes me wonder what weapon they will ruin next.  Maybe it gets all the shaft users to buy another more effective weapon (whatever the effective weapon is depending on the software "improvements")  I guess that's one way too try to boost sales.  I am afraid to buy any more turrets since the developers can ruin them at will after my purchase.

I find it hard to believe that none of these software problems with shaft surfaced during testing.  What kind of testing department does tanki have?  Why would they release software prior to fixing these bugs?  I guess this gives tanki users reason to think carefully before spending any more $$ here.
