I wish I had never purchase the m1 shaft since it is now unusable after this last software "improvement". Too bad Tanki doesn't give refunds when they ruin a weapon you have already purchased.  Makes me wonder what weapon they will ruin next.  Maybe it gets all the shaft users to buy another more effective weapon (whatever the effective weapon is depending on the software "improvements")  I guess that's one way too try to boost sales.  I am afraid to buy any more turrets since the developers can ruin them at will after my purchase.

Just switch to rail like half the player in the game use.  It used to be challenging to play, but every other update has seemingly made it easier and easier.  It has auto aim now and better targeting and softer recoil and simpler timing.  Apparently tanki loves rail... but hates shaft.  :(

Brew you can not be more right. I bet Tanki has no bugs when it comes to their banking software, to collect the money I paid them for their "improvements". Maybe they should "improve" their computer engineers????

That is a terrible excuse; is there any idea when the Shaft bug will actually be fixed?  Can we at least have updates every few days?  Some communication would be appreciated.  All I have heard for the last week is - it will be fixed "soon".  What does "soon" mean?  I am frustrated to the point of quitting tanki; it's not fun when your main tank is rendered unplayable by a bug that has now persisted over a week.

confirm more shaft issues:

 

1. with viking: going to the lowest position after focusing (keeping space pressed) and you can't move upwards.

2. with hunter: going to the highest position after focusing

3. turret rotating itself

4. when NOT in full screen mode, viewfinder NOT in the center! = you misfire

 

it happens both on standalone flashplayer and in browser (ffox)

 

THIS IS VERY ANNOYING. Pls, fix these bugs, I spent real money to buy stuff.

Hi currently i am facing "shaft aim-mode pointer bug"+turret rotating itself+sometime pointer goes upwards with no control on it(holding space). I only spent crys on this turret and i only use it .anybody have solution?

i use Mozilla+latest version of flash player+all cache cleared.

Guys, The screen is at the maximum size (changeable with the - and + keys) and the Shaft Scope is perfectly on-center. So when you play with Shaft, make sure to have your screen at the maximum size.

shaft + viking. key z doesn't works, up and down doesn't works, turret turns wihtout pressing any keys. since begenning of mouse controls i have large lags.

Gecko Apple browser problem

 

 

Gecko browser dont work on Apple Mac! dont recomend users to use Firefox on Mac becouse he doesnt work. you cant choose battle becouse when page is load links just flashing. i tested Safari, SeaMonkey and Firefox.

FireFox normally freezes on Mac computers, Try Safari as that browser works the best on Mac computers, When you see battles jumping/Skipping over each other just refresh when it happens.

I think the "no damage" bug has just happened to me again.  This time I could not confirmed it because I was playing in Madness and could not shoot at my own tank to destroy it.  But I fired several times to the opponents and they just ignored me.  The first time I encountered this bug I fired a lot of times to the opponent and thought he was strangely resistent, until I realized he was just ignoring me, he didn't fire back.

 

This time like the others the bug did not dissappear when the tank was destroyed, I had to leave the game.

 

Now when this happens I'm not sure if the opponents are super strong or the richochet does no damage at all.  Does anyone else have encountered this bug?

I was just playing in a Brest CTF game, and I and everyone either couldn't respawn, couldn't die, couldn't inflict damage, couldn't pick up drugs or flags, except one person who could capture the flag and that was it. What happened????!!???!!!!

Still having major problems with shaft / hunter combination.

In a Rio 30min battle, i only have 10 - 15 min real game fun.

All the other time, my turret keeps spinning or aiming up or down.

I tried I.E and also google Chrome.............both in full screen mode => prob's like i wrote above

I' tried with firefox in full screen => no !!! still problems like i wrote above.
 

 

HELLO TANKI => CAN YOU FIND A SOLLUTION OR DON'T YOU CARE

FOR THE MINOR NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO ONLY WANT TO PLAY WITH A SHAFT?

 

And no i don't like the mouse aiming.

 

It's now already 5-6 days i can't play normal.
I become a little bit irritated............. :angry:

When using the sniper, the scope is in the top left of my screen instead of in the middle, when I shoot it still shoots in the middle where the scope is not. This has been going on for multiple days on different computers too. Help please?

Again the same bug. It is happening too often (2 times in two days).  The ricochet does no damage at all.  This time I didn not realize it was happening until it was too late.  The bug does not disappear although the tank is destroyed several times.  I have to leave the game for the bug to dissapear.

When i used my shaft and i shoot from a distance i shoot not what i see, but some kind of the left en some down.

It seems my shaft must be calibrate

From short distance everything works fine.

please READ AGAIN ORIGINAL POST and dont talk nonsence. FireFox IN NOW RECOMENDED web browser from Tanki devs. Only FF have Mouse Control option in prefences becoue we have bad Devs who cant manage simply option. 

 

now, go and read again post with video and tell me what do I need to refresh (in this case reload)? Links still BLINKS!!!

It usually means that you have lagged out of the battle: you are not really hitting them, so zero damage is done. Try leaving that battle, and going back in, and you should be re-included. The lag happened to me and apparently no one could even see my tank. :wacko:

It seems it may be a different problem.  They can see my tank and destroy it.  The ricochet has impact force but does no damage at all.  The last time my tank was destroyed several times but the bug did not disappear.  The only way it disappears is by leaving the battle and entering again.

Hi i started using flash player standalone 17 one week ago since the only standalone i could find before was the 13.

Anyway today this happened : 

 

How to did this happen:

 

I log in to tanki using flash player standalone then i don't have to enter my login credentials  :

 

1- i join a xp 7 flag sandbox battle blue team 2 members including me in my team 1 member who is not showing

Up in the map on red team.

 

2- i cruise around the map then i don't find the other guy from red team so while i am in battle i press the battles

Button.

 

3- i find a new battle that is almost full so i click leave battle and join the new battle.

 

4- after i join a screen similar to this one appears so i dismiss it but the flash standalone player crashes and

And i have to click force close.

 

5- then i log in again join a battle after some time that error appears and this time i take a snap shot.

 

6- I log out again then log in then this time i press the x on the right screen so that next time i have to enter my 

Login credentials i join a game and this time everything is normal.

 

Today is the first time this happens I think what triggered this is either not logging out from tanki properly (not battle but actual tanki lobby) or The pressing of the battle button.

 

In both cases it's not hindering me from playing tanki i just reported since i thought it might be helpful to developers.

April 17 seems to be very bad for the servers:

1) Forum will not load a new page in the same window -- you have to open a new tab or window in Firefox

2) Load times are ridiculous for some battles, even those you have JUST PLAYED -- gave up after 4 minutes at 95% loaded

At 5 minutes, you are removed for lack of activity, having never gotten into the battle.

 

* If you refresh the window, the reload takes less than 2 minutes! :huh:

April 17 seems to be very bad for the servers:

 

same, cant open Forum, lag in every battle (noice, rio, serpuhov, silence even sandbox!!!) and if you said something harsh or how same thing hapens to long you will be banned for 'Unreasonable, disrespectful criticism of the game and its authors'. good work!!
