A Gold Box went through me, i could not catch it.

 

IT WAS NOT LAG. :angry:  :angry:  :angry:

 

Details:

 

 

 

I was using Wasp and Thunder in Island. Gold Box was going to drop, so I self-destructed by jumping off the map, and changed to Dictator.

 

By the time I re-spawned, Gold Box was dropping. A mammoth was sitting on the drop zone, and two mammoths were blocking each other and neither of them were able to come under the Gold Box.

 

When i reached there, that mammoth under Gold Box died and i took his place.

 

And Gold Box went through me. -.-

 

I was there for about 1 min. i killed a wasp 3 times, and 1 mammoth died and other was trying to push me, but could not. I was sitting on the Gold for 1 minute, but could not get it, then finally i lagged and the game freeze and closed

 

But i was not lagging when Gold dropped.

 

I even recorded a video.

 

 

 

 

This always happened to every one, maybe rarely with Gold Box. But maybe you all know there are some supply boxes, which you cant pick up, but some one else can.

 

Is there any way that I can get the crystals from the Gold Box  :angry:  :ph34r:

I have this problem where, when I play a video game (mostly any video game) for some time, (It might be to a short 5 minute to a long 2 hour) my computer freezes and I get a black screen. When I push restart, the black screen is still there, so I have to push on "Shut down", I think this is called a hard reset.

 

Seems like you got most bases covered. Temperature is usually the culprit, but in this case it may just be the vid card itself. It sounds like corrupted VRAM. Check your even logs in windows and see if any odd errors come up.

No,my laptop is fine.This happened for the first time yesterday when i started the game,it was fine after i clicked the garage button and the garage opened in the 'colour form' .

My tank become "transparent" to catching boxes and shooting others. Tank is visible and anyone can shoot me, but when I shoot (or heal with isida) nothing happens. Also when my tank gets over any box it can get it, it just go through it.

 

This is happening at 2/3 incidence of my attempts to play - sometimes everything is working fine. Also, usually the game starts ok, but after few minutes tank become "transparent".

So I would say this is major one, makes me impossible to play.

 

I have AMD 2.8 GHz, dual core, 4Gb RAM, PCI-E with 1Gb, win7-64, chrome newest.

This is the most common glitch in Tanki.Happens with everyone.Refresh the window,it will be fine.

Check your settings.

sometimes when I jump on other tanks I immediately self destruct

This is some kinda "anti-hack" thing running now , that prevents the perfectly good tactic of "dive-bombing". In the case of this change, it was a change for the worst, as far as regarding that tactic.

what i found out is that the gold box is saying who gets it before it hits the player ..this is the second time reporting this problem

the indication is noticed on this picture also on my other account bydolord i was told it was lag on my computer and that the tank was higher in my other photo and this is why he got gold when he was off side ..now about lag my fps is having problems on tanki side and there are other issues on my accounts .

 

in another picutre in the forum in problems and sulotions there is a photo of me loosing 6k and gold went to another person when he was on the side of me only and it should have been mine

.photo below this was today on russian server 10..in this photo no one was in the photo the guy who is there is just responding since he was killed ,,and others where not in place but look on top it all ready says i had it but it never touched my tank till after

the box of gold normally changes to a lighter color not a solid box

Troubles with Keyboard controls

 

 

 

Please help, when i'm moving my tank forward and when i turn right or left it wont turn until u stop moving forward and turn the direction u want. I tried reloading and restarting my pc but it doesn't work, but when i was in my acc on another computer it works fine!

To be honest it ,sounds like you have "sticky" keys or contacts or maybe worn-out contacts and springs, Try cleaning that keyboard, with canned -air blasting. Don't "beat" the keys so hard.

 

 

 

I have the same issue. So I loaded a programm, that allows me to monitor keystorkes / key-releases.
I have noticed that
-> my keyboard works fine; ALL key-pressed and key-released commands are received by the computer
-> but Tanki misses key release commands from time to time
   (if Tanki miss a key-relase, the tank keeps moving, spinning.. whatever key it was)
 
From my point of view there is a bug. Sticky keys is definitely off.
I talked about that to other players, and was wondering how many of them know and face the same issue.
It never happened to me before the mouse control feature was introduced.

And yes, it's definitely no ghosting - else the key events would not reach the computer at all..

Troubles with Keyboard Controls

 

Today eavening some more tankers told me, that

- the release of buttons is either ignored completely (own tank keeps spinning, turret keeps spinning, tank keeps driving.. )

 Repair by hit the button again.. but of course you either hit a wall, an opponent or something else that leads to your death.

 

- The release of buttons is accepted, but delayed. So if you mad a forward+left turn, then release left button, the tank keeps in the curve longer then it used to.

 

Problem occurs in variaous browsers.

Check the connection help topic...there is a sticky of things to try.  In the end it may not be on your end but due to server over load ;)

There is this glitches that occur most often around the ranks between recruit and serjeant major where you drop the flag without pressing f and there is another glitch that also occurs most often around the ranks between recruit and serjeant major where supplies fall from the sky but you can't get them and instead you go right through them and if that happens when your rank is above serjeant major then you have to self-destruct then its fine there but in ranks between recruit and serjeant major, even if you self-destruct you still can't get it, there is another glitch that you self destruct automatically without being in a place where you're not supposed to.
