Bugs and Glitches Reports [Closed]

When are the two big shaft-bugs going to be solved? They are still there and have always been as long as I have played. Either it's the self rotating turrent or the self aiming sky in the high-scope. Two major bugs and nothing has been done about them... :(

A while back when you guys changed how you upgrade your turrets and hulls, something went wrong with my Isida turret and it won't let me upgrade to M2 without paying full price for the upgrade even though it shows 50 out of 50 in progress of upgrades completed. I assume this is in error?  See attached image below. I can give you PC specifications, but I play Tanki on more than one PC and the same problem is present in all of them. I mostly use Windows 10 and Chrome browser when playing.

Please fix the Isida glitch. The beam can go through objects, and kill me, even when they cant kill me.

Premium paint can be still used for a while even after Premium account expires.

 

I have obtained few hours of Premium account time from daily missions and equipped Premium paint.

I was in the battle when my PA run out and the warning about this appeared.

I closed the warning and I could still use my equipped Premium paint.

Round ended, I stayed for next one and I could still use the Premium paint.

I then visited the Garage (with "Stay in battle" option) where it was showing my tank with basic green paint. Premium paint was no more shown among my acquired paints.

I closed Garage and could still use the Premium paint.

I opened the Garage and tried to change my turret. When I got back to battle I lose that Premium paint at last.

Hi! i have problem with bugs.

Ricoshet, twins, railguns, shafts they do not hit me, but deal damage to me.

i cant pick up most of the pickups.

While jumping i blow up

While catching gold box i blow up

I shoot in standing tank, but i wont damage him, but he can damage me

While shooting 2x with railgun to wasp, we hit each other but only i blow up but i saw how i shooted him but he didnt got any damage from me.

I can keep writing this list infinite!

There are SO MUCH BUGS!

I cant understand how i got so far with these bugs, but now i quit!

How you... Gizzmos got so far with bugs? Or bugged your rank?

99% of this game is based on bugs!

what is your ping? (it is displayed in battle in the lower right corner)

Play 15min with "bugs" and write the usual values of your ping here (if it is either 30..50, or more like 300..500)

Yes, I have reported to tanki help, which by the way is like talking to a stone, that my kills were not being counted properly. That has happened many times, I knew I had 25-30 kills and maybe 10 deaths and it gives me 8 kills. Tanki didn't even bother to respond they care so little about the customers who pay their salaries.

do you talk about the klls displayed in your profile, or kills counted in a "make x kills" mission?

Because I don't know if the profile view of anyone is updated in real time..

Really there most be something doing about it i want to play normal! Like i play 1 h and then it lag very very much and gets me out of the game... and something it even make me self-distract whit out doing anything... And i lost 2 gold boxes just because of this lag.. Plz help me somehow i rally play like i played before...

If you play via a browser, you should disconnect, clear the browser + flash cache, close the browser and relogin frequently.

If I use Firefox, even after few renown loads it just flickers between two maps I did t even click on and I can't do anything -_-

I found a problem in recently play. After you changed Mico-Upgrade function 2015-Dec-11, I got M4 Hammer.

Before your change, my hammer was not M4 yet. That means your update help me upgrade some parameters(Reloading time).  

 

I am not sure whether there was a problem when you migrate parameter data last Dec.  

But recently i found my hammer's reloading is not fast as other's M4 hammer which upgrade to M4 before Dec-11.

 

Don't you receive any similar reports form other players?

When using my Mammoth + Vulcan combo I usually get a lot of fatal errors, I heard that there are some glitches with Vulcan, however I am not very in depth with the bugs, anyone who has more knowledge about the bug please explain why it usually happens and if there are any ways to limit these errors from popping up,  :)

New Glitch: FPS rate fluctuating constantly

This means that when it suddenly drops, I have a 1/2 to 1 second "skip" from my controls!

It is like lag except that I see everybody else continue to move normally, while my control inputs

cause me to jerk around or de-aim, or lose frames completely, as in stop motion.

The ping is a constant 70-90.

This (fluctuation several times a second) is not supposed to happen!

 

It occurs on EVERY server, and began today (FEB 6 approx 1400 UTC)
