I can't select my graphics quality, automatic graphics doesn't show up even with hardware acceleration turned on. What's going on?

I played a game in Noise CTF and a gold fell, I did not cap, (annoying freeze) but I also did not get 100 crystals.

Also, the graphics on Tanki Online are now bad. It was fine yesterday, but not today. I have the latest flash player, and do not know what the problem is. "Automatic graphics quality" does not show up.

Please try to help, this is important. http://postimg.org/image/4k3hh7517/ Blurry with bad graphics. This is on all of my accounts, and the gold box with no 100 crystals was on my other account, "GoldBoxIsMine".

Same here, getting the 100 crystals is pretty erratic & I can't get automatic graphics.

Flash hardware acceleration not turned on, link does not work. I have the latest Flash Player, I am on Google Chrome which updates automatically. I do not understand all of the other complex things.

 

Somebody told me to use "MyTank" and this works with good graphics, but I want to have the life hack which is to be able to bookmark your accounts and when you want to play on them, click the appropriate bookmark. E.g, I have an account and I can go into it in the right server and without logging in just by clicking the bookmark. I have this life hack on Google Chrome, but I can't get on "MyTank". This is why I need the automatic graphics quality back.

I have used almost all of the links, but my flash player is definitely updated and the disabling my PPAPI-flash plugin is confusing. I done the steps until 2, but on 3, I have no "Flash", only "Adobe Flash Player". So I disabled that, but I don't have any NPAPI flash plugins. So I tried to do the other step, download on Opera or Firefox, but the flash player will not update.

 

Do not understand where it says: "You have to update your graphics card's drivers. Update them and try again. (ATI/AMD, NVidia, Intel)"

 

OK, so now I refreshed the page and went to Tanki Online. It says, I need to update Adobe Flash Player. I will try that now.

It is supposed to be downloading, but it is stuck at "Adobe Flash Player: Installation will begin shortly..."  then it says: 0%

 

Now I see that happened, because I disabled Adobe Flash Player like I was instructed to. So I enabled it again, but the graphics are still bad (although now I can play).

 

Now the problem seems to be the automatic graphics quality. I think that if I get that, my graphics will be fine. However none of those steps seem to work for me.

i dunno if it's know or not, but, when i enter a battle, sometime, i can't grab boxes nor deal damage with my canon (this afternoon, i had this while fighting a dictator, that i normally kill in 3 hammer shoot. i was really mad.)

I've been getting this glitch recently and I'm not sure if others have been getting it but it's cost me a few games and a lot of rage. I've had a serious problem jumping from the platforms in madness to the bottom. Every time I try to stabilize myself I self destruct because of the anti-cheat system. The combo I get this problem most with is Smoky-Hunter M3 but I've also gotten it with smoky-Viking.

I'm on mobile right now but if videos are needed I can get those

Happens to me, at the start of the battle too, sometimes. For me, getting killed by the enemy team solves the problem.

I do not know, but as said before, if you want this problem solved fast, videos will help. So with a video showing clearly what happens, the problem can get addressed much faster.

It's happened in DM and I automatically self destruct while falling. Thanks for the help! I'll work on getting a video

First of all, sorry for the late reply, I was busy gathering a better and correct info. before posting.. ^_^

I would not suggest you to try disabling the NPAPI plugins and all...I once tried it, but it slowered my game performance to some extent...

Strange, try un-installing Flash player from your PC from Control Panel/Settings (depending upon the windows version you use) and then re-install it from Adobe Flash website.

That's a known bug. Usually, refreshing the page, or getting killed by the enemy once, solved the problem.
But for you information, I would like to quote the details from a tester's post from here:

 

Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system.
Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO.
Sometimes you don't deal any damage when you enter a battle, but it automatically turns on upon the next respawn or after refreshing the page.

It happens due to the anti-cheat. It assumes the sharp movement of your falling as a fly hack and self-destructs you. That's mainly because loss of data during transmission and sharp jump from the platform, unless you have a very good connection. And that's a known bug. Devs are working on to fix that. :)

No, don't remove ActiveX. Just the other one. And then reinstall it from the link I gave...

No, I am a kid, and my parents would not allow me to spend that money when my laptop already works, and we have 2 laptops. Thanks, I will just play on MyTank and leave my alternative accounts for now.

My shaft m0 has 3 glitches. This is making me regret my 1,200 crystals. This is not a keyboard problem because this problem has happened many times in my friend's computers. 

 

The glitch(s)

 

1. Sometimes, when the shaft energy bar is full- it immediately starts scoping. Once I fired and killed a hunter m0 and I went to find another camping spot. On the way, as soon as the reload bar filled up it immediately started sniping.

 

2. When I begin, the turret begins rotating one direction and I can't really stop it.

 

3. Sometimes when scoping, the crosshairs begins going up and staying up. Can't move it.

Today in a Battle, I Pressed Tab To See Battle Statics! Some names were appearing grey and those players, I wan't able to see! They were totally invisible though I could feel them! When They picked up drugs, attacked me, but I could do nothing! This has happened to me before too! Why was it so?

I've had this problem as well, often times it's because I've accidentally hit the Alt key. Hitting that again might help. If not try refreshing the page or one of the tricks sky mentioned. Edited June 13, 2016 by M1-A2

Pictures are not showing up. Fix this, or is this just temporary? I've been on a lot of pages and saw same thing. Is it just me?
