when i go to view anyone's profil i can't see their current tank, it just keep showing me the loading circle

Because the paints got separated from their protection, the flash banner cannot load properly.
It should be fixed in a matter of days.
The same happened when Hammer, Vulcan and the new paints got introduced.

Unable to join servers:

 

Currently, it has been impossible for me to join servers, (in other words, the entire game)

 

It started by taking more than 10 minutes of loading (and lots of refreshing) to get to the log in screen (i have emptied my cache about 12 times). Then once i had logged in, it was 10 more minutes of loading, and when ever it had completed loading, it came up with, "Connection Closed by server".

I decided to manually change the server number in the URL, and I finnally made it onto server 5. 

 

I have had many loading problems though.

Update on my Situation.

 

Only Server EN5 works for me. (and it loads instantly)
Server EN4 does not work at all
Server EN3 takes year to load
So, The good thing is I can play on EN5, but on my 2 main account, there are no battles that they can play in.
Even after the server restart it is still stuffed.

 

Please fix

No, its a continuing server problem, not connected to Monday's outage. But in the last 2 days, I have had SERVER CONNECTION LOST errors in the middle of FOUR (4) different battles. The bubble gum and baling wire is not fixing the problems.

since the module update I am being one shot killed with rail protection of any type. this includes emerald and racoon modules. you normally wouldnt be able to use racoon with wasp or hornet in xp/bp but it let me.

That's not a bug, that's part of the latest update.

Hey, so I had a "re-enter the game" error and when I clicked it, they redirected me to the battles window and I saw that someone got in the battle instead of me, it was a 100 minutes battle and it was about to end I ranked first, and the battle fund was 16000, and it's a double fund day, and I got nothing :'( it's not fair, is there a way you can get your crystals back? :( :(

Try reporting this to the helpdesk by sending an email to help@tankionline.com...IF it was the server's fault, you'll be compensated, and if that occurred due to your internet/PC or any other problem on your end, then you might not be refunded...

"Gun Doesn't Work" bug.

 

I have had several incidents where I'll start playing a game and none of my hits have any effect on enemy players. It doesn't become obvious until there's a hit where the opposite side definitely SHOULD have been destroyed. (Seven Double Damage hits to a lower grade Wasp). The "fix" for this is to log out and log back in... but clearly the problem is a software bug.

 

The "That Box is NOT for YOU!" bug.

 

Quite frequently a supply box will NOT work properly. A player will run over it and the box will remain. I've had this happen to me countless times and I've seen it happen to other players. I've even driven back and forth over a box upwards of a dozen times without it activating. I'm not off line - I'm able to destroy enemies and be destroyed.

 

Please fix this VERY ANNOYING bug. New features are nice. BUG FIXES ARE BETTER.

This will be fixed, it's caused by the separation of paints and protections during the recent paint update.

BIG PROBLEM WITH FRAME RATE and LAG on RU2 and RU3

Rate is fine when I get in, then when I start to battle, I "freeze and jump" especially when I am firing - although my control inputs

are working (tank continues to move), I can't see where I am going until the next "frame" which usually finds me crashed or up a wall. :angry:

Is there a reported thread for this kind of intermittent connection, which seems to go hand-in-hand with a stack overflow/loss of data from the servers. For example, right now I am typing real-time here on the Forums and even now, my letters will occasionally NOT appear as I'm typing them. It is not a situation on any site but Tanki, so it has to be related.

 

Could it be that those "R" presses and the other input changes are so overloading the servers that they drop connections when they occur??? This was *never* a problem to this extent before this month, and can make battles on those servers practically unplayable, because one minute you are in control and the next you aren't. The fact that it comes and goes probably relates to server loads.

Also, this change exacerbates the Shaft "aiming up" problem because when it goes up, it STAYS there!! :huh:

Where did my tanki sound go?! I've updated everything I could think of, restarted my computer, browser, cleared cache... My computer itself is fine. I can watch Youtube videos just fine. My headphones work.

 

This exact situation happened to me less than a year ago. I had to switch from Chrome to Mozilla, but now it doesn't work either. It must not be the browser's fault, or Tanki's fault. It's something to do with a plugin or something...

 

I have no idea how computers work. Help!

It's not a bug/glitch. 

 

Q: How about XP/BP?

A: Good news for XP/BP players! Now if you have a M2 Wasp or M2 Hornet the system will automatically equip the protection for you, even if you don't have any sort of Rail-protection module in your garage, and incase you are wearing one that has more protection the system will reduce it accordingly. However, it should be noted that now M2 Wasp will equip 10% (instead of the previous 20%) and M3 Wasp will not be able to equip any sort of protection. This was done to balance XP/BP games.

Hello!

 

My problem is that about an hour ago I bought crystals on my bigger account (which is currently banned, so I write from here) to buy the "Voltage kit". I have dictator m1 and railgun m1, and the kit contains m2 from them. However it doesn't count into the price that I already have m1 rail and dictator. Now it still costs 136740, which is way more than it should be. My bigger account's name is TheGreatGamer2014. I can prove that it's my account, if it's neccesary. Please fix this problem!
