Ive seen  some people who randomly self destruct I was in polygon goldbox dropped i road ontop of some tanks and then i self destructed it dont make sense I didnt even hack or anything it even happen to me sometiems if im another tank and he jumps down to the ground can you fix this

Actually I would considere this a Bug Usage and this is prohibited.

No it isn't prohibited. To my knowledge, if a bug or glitch happens to you, like the score one, you're not obliged to refresh as its Tanki's fault that the glitch happened and they're never HUGE glitches. Edited August 25, 2016 by Marc

My brother has run into a problem with his account.

His name was glichyed, but for some reason, his name changed to r_glichyed0. We don't know how to fix this, and we don't want to/have any crystals to pay for a nickname change, please help.

This means someone tried to register with that nickname. Due to an update that happened a while back, players are able to take nicknames of accounts that became inactive. The good news is that if you contact the technical support by sending an e-mail to help@tankionline.com, your brother will be able to change his nickname for free. Note that the free change only applies to this situation and not to every nickname change.

ok something happened last night when servers updated .. due to so much lag and ping issues happened and i seldom get ping .. my fps dropped way down to only 4 from 60 and ping well it was normal at about 40 then jumped up to 999

 

then this in battle completely frozen in battle .. plus others but this one was the better of them all lol..

Today,{just now actually}

while i was playing i started to lag badly and was kicked out of the game with the message "Server connection closed".

I reloaded a couple of times, just to get kicked out with the same message,

and then happened the worst!!!

i entered the game,and saw my garage having isida m2 equipped that i surely didnt buy.

i had exactly 81700 crystals and after reloading i had 68000 crystals gone with the wind and a dumb isida m2 in my garage that i didnt want. :(  :(  :(  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :excl:  :excl:

******HELP********

I found to random friends, whom i never sent a request in my friends list.

I am 100% sure, that the guy who hacked in had sent a friend request to them.

(I cant recall their names, cos i unfreinded em right away,so dumb me)

Hello dear tanki team! I have a problem that makes me seriusly mad. I go in polygon map ( like i did 53 mins ago ) I play normaly all the time little in game-lag but its ok, FPS in abou 30-60(good)and im leading team.Battlefound is near 20 000 crystals and i have 2000 pts. and im in second-third place( which means i will probably get in about 1.5k-2k of crystals for award) and game just randomly lags and all turrets and hulls are cicrling and buuuuf!- blind screen with only your rank and onther stuff ( mission friends button...) and what? I cannot refresh the page neither do anything just my mozzila loading for ever :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: . After tons of refreshing pages and internet connacting and unconnecting i finnaly got to the game and (of course) im not in battle anymore (even i coppied the battle link so I can join in back because i tried that way too ) and i probably lost in about 2k crys. This started to happen in last month ( i guess duo bunch of not needed stuff that have beed putted into game and so my computer and internet got overloaded and connection just breaks i guess ). Im sick of thees problems that ruin my savings for future sales and that is one of the reasons why players can`t save crys so easy. I hope you can find some solutions  in downloadable version of TO and reduce some unneeded stuf and make people dont waste their time durring this stupid bugs and glitches. <_<   All the best :)

Hey all, is it an update that there is a chance you can oneshot BP players or is it a bug? If it is an update it is not a good one :O

Maximum 3 players can play simultaneously in island map from one team but in this screenshot there are 4.When you see this battle from lobby there are two players while there are three. Therefore when someone joins there are four players in a team. I joined and left this battle many times to confirm it and when the fourth player joins the team, in lobby battle list it displays three players. Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshot of the lobby because my screenshot crashed but i have two screenshots of in-battle gameplay.

This is a known issue. It happens when a battle is restarting and a player joins right at that moment. Sometimes the player gets assigned to the wrong team. From the lobby, it looks like the teams are evenly distributed, but from the inside of the battle, one team has an extra player. The only way this can be solved is when the player that caused it leaves.

I'm not entirely sure if it's actually random though, it might as well be the newest or oldest battle or something entirely different. It just doesn't take into account which modes you've enabled and disabled.

Hey I had a major graphics issue in a game on both Rio and on sandbox.  It happened both when I entered a match made by someone else and when I made a match and then entered it. it happened the 15 of sept. at 3:50 PM US eastern time. I am running mac OS X el capitan 10.11.5 I have a 2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo processor 16 GB of memory and a NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB graphics card.
