You can try this possible solution:

 

Follow the procedure below (solution provided by @SHOAIB.ZAFAR).

1. Uninstall the game client.
2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.

 

How to prevent a battle error.

Tribute is a big map , so if you're playing there turn down your graphics.

You can close programs when playing like (Skype , TeamSpeak , Sony Vegas Pro , Facebook , VK , YouTube).

It's actually a medium map, one you can drive across in less than 20 seconds - Dusseldorf, Berlin, and Madness are big maps (Madness because of the verticals)

It says "Expiring at 14:32"But two days have passed and i still have the pass and play pro battles.I play from the Tanki application.Is this a bug?

Hi I have a bug (i think) that doesn't let me buy the Shaft or the Hammer(it doesn't even show up in the garage) after I reach the ranks. Could someone tell me what is happening and fix it?

When trying to log on this morning, the flash client is having issues connecting- it just gives this message on all the servers:

On the same servers, both the tanki client and browsers are working normally (but I prefer not to play with these are there is a significantly higher fps drop when many tanks are firing on the screen which is less prominent on the flash client). I think it might have someting to do with the last update?

Run CCleaner or clear your flash and browser cache manually, it should solve the problem.

In the recent days, I am having seirous issues. 

 

My ping which is usually 42, Sometimes jump to 999. In this time, I drop my flag without pressing, destoryed, fliped etc. 

 

It's important to metion that I am not the only one who is having these lags. Many, Many players are facing those.

It's ok now. I bought it on 28 August.It's really weired though because i bought it 2 days ago (September 28) and it says that it will be expired on 29th.It's like going 1 day ahead from the day i bought it.

now i have been seeing not lag but its like a time delay on getting information to the server .. you hit 1 for health and it takes a few seconds instead of instant action on it...

 

also this was done three days after my system updated with chrome ...

 

also missing rank and tool bar thingie...only removed top section for personal issues

 

 

 

 

something is going on... typically right after they add or upgrade things in system

 

was in battle on Russian 3 ( never had issues the whole battle ) till the end and this ended up on my screen and others had lag issues .. my lag was normal till the score board popped up and timer flashed

i found 3 bugs.

1 makes the battle list go crazy. the address link keeps rapidly changing while the battle selected keeps switching between 2 battles usually, could me more. also, sometimes it shows the wrong map for the currently selected battle. this happens VERY often, possibly when u select battles too fast.

 

i also found a bug that caused a big loading bar to appear while playing in the middle of the screen, the same that shows during normal loading of battle. it gets stuck there usually forever and blocks a major part of the screen, making gameplay really hard.

i cannot upload a screenshot of this bug because of your upload size limitations, but i do have a good screenshot of it.

 

also i saw a blank screen when i joined 1 game (like the loading screen but without loading bar) while the game continued normally.

the sound was normal but i couldnt do anything OR see anything but that screen.

between the invisible tank and the reload bar .. its getting to be more of a pain then anything.. and yes my system is fully updated with chrome and also cache is cleared out ever few days .. internet link is good .. lag and fps are issues once gold drops the bar shows up or when i just start to play... see above for photo's

The first bug can be fixed simply by going to garage and and come out. Second and third bugs can be fixed just by refreshing the page.

Hi when i went on a gravity map I was playing, then i got kicked for inactivity. Also I couldn't kill or heal anybody. Also I couldn't get any checkpoints. As well as that I was falling into the void, and i didn't die.

 

I have a screen shot of the void thing, but my other picture was too big to upload.

Sorry. Also i just tried CTF. I cant capture the flag, kill anyone, and they think im not even there! 1 tank, he just sat there, moving his turret and body around, but never shooting me! this is wierd. Also I cant switch guns for 49 days and 11 hours. wt* is going on? I cant upload any pictures(above 500 kb)

Could you try using Standalone Flash Player and check if it still gives those problems? I also noticed in the screenshots you were using Mozilla Firefox instead of Chrome, is there any difference in performance between the two?

I have done both .. even have old system and new system set up on my computer and the same issues occur over time.... it only happens when they do stuff to there system normally its good and i have great battles .. this weekend was major lag issues in battles but my readings were normal

Yeah this error has always been there. This appears on Kungur, Berlin, Dusseldorf and so on but you mentioned that it appears on big maps. Answer would be yes or NO.. Cuz for me it does not appear on Madness, funny right? My PC is waaaay overpowered for tanki online.. Usually I play on max settings even on Madness.. but error pops up only on kungur berlin and so on.. Only fix that works for me is turning off dust, antianalising and deep shadows. Would love to see if anyone can solve this problem...  

 

What is the problem ?

I tried everything, this bug is always appears on large maps as Tribute.
