Ok, so my Nick name is samuelthejuggler and I won the Mr. and Miss Tanki Online contest in 1st 

Anyway, as ya'll started giving me my prizes something strange happened so I made the following video to show you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLEc3r_-VFQ

ps they added the gold boxes and the crytals to my account to day and my Firebird M1 is still glitched, and I still cannot upgrade the tank's hull to the M1

 

But more importantly, M0 XTS????

I wish I could help you, but other than 'clearing your Internet Explorer cache', I don't know what could solve the problem.

It's ok girl .. you tried your best.. even my son has no clue what it is .. we will see what happens in time I hope it goes away till then .. have fun getting gold box's ..

my son said to tell you what happens from the when it happens to afterwards it might ring a bell with someone on how to fix it..

 

for me i'm in a normal battle then my screen freezes / then i get those pop ups ( re-enter the game ) / then i get a loud beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep that will stop in  time  / after it stops you will still hear the game being played but my screen is frozen and

 

when i put  my account on pause mode.. I get the 99:99 on the screen ...

 

if I hit the re-enter the game link .. it will remove me from the battle and I loose my battle crystals ..

 

there is no way to refresh the page when its in full screen .. if you try to hit any links in tanki / on the page it do's nothing ..

 

I hope someone can tell me what to do now .. this happens for both system..

Mostly in big maps those errors come up, if you play on client better not join big maps then, since you cant refresh to get back in game.

You cant fix game problems, and devs doesnt seem to be interested in fixing these bugs also, they just care about making updates which will get them money.

its not just in big battles but now i'm finding it in small maps also like polygon and silence .. I did send a letter to alt/ platform about these issues .. so lets see what goes on now..

I get that error in polygon also sometimes, but its mostly in big maps for me, in rare cases its polygon.

The first bug can be fixed simply by going to garage and and come out. Second and third bugs can be fixed just by refreshing the page.

no it cannot as buttons usually dont even respond during that bug. even refresh doesnt fix it, only exiting the entire browser and opening it again.

it doesnt matter that refreshing the page fixes the other bugs, as they are still bugs and they keep happening.

just like a game getting frozen, the fix ISNT restarting the game, as the bug WILL KEEP HAPPENING. fixing a bug ISNT restarting everything, it is REMOVING THE BUG FROM THE GAME, so it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

 

im reporting those bugs so they will be fixed and REMOVED from the game, not to be told to exit everything and restart. thats NOT the fix i was searching for. im reporting bugs so the programmers can fix them.

in the tanki online client when i started the game after clicking "play" it is not coming and it is loading forever and it is not coming .from the release of the client i was playing through it but first i got this problem...what to do now?

my turret somtimes starts turning on its own .

It is called lag. I suggest you to refer to this article for solving your problem: How to reduce lag

i got my problem fixed i have uninstalled and again installed tanki client and restarted my pc and tanki client started working

guys this was said to me on Friday about bugs and glitches .. in other words all our complaints have been posted in the wrong section and over the last 3 years , this is the only location which we were told to post in.. so now where do we post if this section is the wrong location for issues ..

 

would be interesting to see where we post now

So,  please,  dont hesitate to report any irregularities with the game here.  They go straight to developers.

well he said it and its now send to Cedric for review .. my post was not about a glitch it was the virus that happened in the past which looked like it was returning and for the record i closed that post he only commented on it after i requested to be done..

Happened to me as well. Lol, I used it to my advantage. Just go to the isida, and it heals you for free and go back to the enemy. But its not so good for the enemy team so yeah it should get fixed. Unfortunately I have no idea of how to fix it.

The user with the isida turret must be lagging but don't worry once the user refreshes the page the glitch will be gone.

ok not sure what is going on now..i went to get more drugs and this popped up .. i did refresh the page and its still not loading properly ..and i also waited to see if it was a connection issue and nope all good on my end

Iam using the old system i gave up on the new one three weeks ago when issues happened... this one is the first time .. normally the garage takes a long time and not today it never loaded.. will check other accounts to see if its on all or just that one .. will be back soon

 

 

 

update

 

all my accounts are the same garage not fully loading its frozen and it only shows the gold box and the mines ... I can buy crystals over the weekend but not going to try it now... so not sure if its a time delay with in the connections or other issues

 

now i only have double damage missing all others have loaded so far

 

ok now on bydolord before was having issues now seems to have fixed it self.. will keep watch on it for later ..just incase

...Many others had reported that this has been happening for the past few weeks, be it with standalone, the new client and browser..for some reason the developers aren't giving the time to work on fixing this..
