I am playing on test servers and i cant see the header on google chrome nor in mozilla.Nor i can visit a garage nor i can see my name or anything.Its just wierd

This issue comes when two players click on the "Play" button at the same instant of time, and it's pretty rare.

 

There is no solution for this problem. It doesn't affect anything, except the unbalance. It won't be corrected unless one player leaves, we can not do anything about it.

This issue comes when two players click on the "Play" button at the same instant of time, and it's pretty rare.

I think it is more likely that this issue occurs when a player joins the battle right when the teams switch sides after the previous round has ended. At that time, the player will have clicked the button to join the red team, but because the teams were switching sides, the player ended up in the blue team (But is still seen in the red team from the server lobby). I am not 100% certain of this though.

Okay, so in every other map boxes and ramps have been smooth and running well but in the map rio when a player makes contact with a supply box in midair it suddenly becomes an non-interactive entity and the player doesn't get the supply. also it doesn't register that box at all on the player's computer however other players are allowed to take the box. This massively affects my gold hunting as i just go through the box. another thing is when jumping off the building onto the ramp i always glitch out. i don't know if other players see it but i stand still on the front of my hull then get destroyed by other tanks. it's probably lag but only  happens on those speed bumps. its really annoying.

also i don't know for sure if any of this is experienced by others but it really annoys me.

This is a known glitch. Until it's fixed, I suggest that you just take care to remember that boxes can't be collected from above on Rio.

The testservers are open only for mass testings, many players take this opportunity to try out the upcoming changes.This was because the testservers were overloaded. Try to enter the testservers when there are less players.

Whenever I use the vulcan and mammoth. Sometimes whenever I shoot it shows the bullets hitting the person but not doing any damage. I've had the damage counter on so it tells me whenever I do damage to someone. It happens most often when I'm moving and shooting. I'm using a chromebook.

This is a pretty rare glitch but its known, you can force it to happen by spamming space bar and then holding it.

^You could probably email that to tanki and they'll give you 1k as its server lag, thats what I was told, take it with a grain of salt.

yea contact tanki on line but you must show a full picture unedited .. so they can see if you had lag or other issues .. then its up to them if they will give it too u most of the time they will if its not lag ..good luck

You can contact the technical support through this form to ask for compensation of the lost gold box.

The bug is incredibly annoying and to date the developers haven't been able to find a solution. To reduce the chances of this problem to occur, it's best to close all other running programs while you're loading into the battle.

It normally takes 3 to 4 min to load a new map (on tanki client). But, since, the pause time has been decreased to 2 min, I am unable to join any battle as I have installed tanki client recently. All maps are to be loaded. Only Island map can be loaded. Help me please.

Until developers realise this problem you have no options except to join 30 and 60 minute battles using a pro pass as those still have 5-minute pause times.

 

Another option is to buy a pro pass and create empty 60 minute battles in all the maps and join them to load the map to your cache.

For that problem, I would suggest you to make a new Monte Carlo or Noise battle on a different, and lonely server like RU17 or EN6, then enter the map. This way all the necessary resources will get downloaded, and from further off when you join those maps, your loading would be fairly small, resulting you in not getting kicked from the battle.

Unfortunately screenhots do not help (maybe video footage would) but so far these bugs and glitches have been around since forever and no fix, so I'm realistically pessemistic that anyone will bother to fix them.

 

1. Zero damage from weapon
2. Unable to pickup boxes
3. Rotating turret on respawn
4. Screen enters fullscreen mode (with prompt) by itself (causing the game to pause)

Other than that just issues with server lag and players using the jump hack.

Recently, when I exit the Client using the X button, it randomly starts itself repeatedly. It started after the rebalance. I've restarted my laptop several times to no avail. The only way to stop it is to shut down the entire program using Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Anyone experiencing similar problems?

Self-destructing for no reason. Often when jumping and landing on a wall or another tank, or even just in the air above a wall or tank, I self destruct for no reason. It's ruining the cool jumps in Madness.

Yes, You just have to let it load all the way and then quit. Works for me xD

Thanks, I figured it had to do with the anti-cheat thing. They really should bump up efforts to fix this though, it's happening way too often.
