In very very rare battles with MUs ON I can't damage anyone with the full damage, which is 738 with 1/50 Hammer M2. Instead I damage 735.

Any solution?

Probably a minor error in the game or the MUs were off. Either way, 3 damage on an M2 Hammer means absolutely nothing as M2 Hammer can onesot most hulls using DD.

I have made a new account.

I was playing with Smoky-Hunter without buying anything until I bough an product kit.

It shows up that I earned 200 bonus crystals (when you make your first purshase), but it didn't add.

I enter a battle and after few seconds it shows me "Server Error - Re-enter the game" always on every account when I make same thing.

 

Just a small bug  :)

Could it be that not all the pellets hit your opponent's tank?

Try clearing your Flash Player's cache and your browser's cache.

I clear everything before I play. Do that yourself and you will see it's a bug.

 

In the shot of the Hammer there are 21 bullets, which means 738/21 = 35,14. Each bullet deals around 35 damage point, while the difference between 738 on the 1/50 and 735 without MUs is only 3. MUs are ON in these battles, I know because in those cases I have pressed button R to again see if I am wrong, and for cases I report here now I am sure I am not wrong that MUs were ON because there were MUs on other tanks too.

Happens all the time. Just switch servers and it'll add back up.

I have been unable to get a solution to my problem ... I have experienced a glitch when i tried to purchase a tanki special (the pay $34.99 250000 crystals with supplies holiday package) and when the page tried to take me to paypal to pay it got hung up. I was never charged for the item and did not receive it but now the tanki site wont let me buy it as it thinks I already have , .. please help , I want to give you money!

i did and they have tried to be helpful but i was told .. You can pay for kit and despite the warning you will get it (if you didn’t buy before). but the holiday package is not a kit so i asked .. Its not a kit but the 34.99 special for 250000 crystals plus supplies, if i try to pay and have to check the box saying I accept crystals as compensation , can you guarantee that I will either receive the holiday special or my money back? Is there any other way to assure this transaction happens correctly ? ... im still waiting to hear back , they also had me contact paypal and i have confirmed there was no transaction I do not want to attempt to purchase this holiday package without a guarantee of my money back or the 250,000 crystals as the "compensation" is only 162,000 crystals 

 

I will try to be patient but the special is only available till the 9th and I dont want to miss out

 Currently there's a visual glitch in PRO battles with micro upgrades off: you're still able to see everyone's micro upgrades, but they are in fact switched off. Could you confirm if the micro upgrades are off, seen from outside the battle?

I don't know exactly how it is possible for players to join xp battles with a different combo, but it an issue with the format. Thanks for reporting it, hopefully the developers will be able to fix it.

Recently on the test server this happened too, so I think that after they implemented the stuff from the test server, they also copied an incorrect code or something that allowed different combos into an XP/BP.

A few days ago my friends were playing in a battle when one of my friends lagged in the air (it was a bug) and people thought it was a fly hack. Later that day he got reported by other players, accused of hacking.

This should be fixed before innocent players get banned or even suspended out of the game.

The only (temporary) solution I can think of is using the Standalone Flash Player for now. The browser performance isn't top notch, even with better PCs. Both the client and Standalone give much better performance, but I don't know how I can help you fix the client issues. Standalone Flash Player has never let me down so far, I prefer it over the client.

 

You can try changing your password from the log-in screen. Click on "Lost nickname or password?"

 

This is a problem the developers are aware off, but they haven't been able to find a fix yet. I've noticed that this problem appears a lot less in smaller maps and when you're not running any other programs while loading a battle.

 

Except the problem is that I want to change my email, not password. This is kinda annoying. Still won't open for some reason. It has worked for me in the past just not now. Also about not being able to damage players before first death in battles, I have found that it does occasionally work before first death even with other running programs. Rarely but it still does. Thx for the help anyway :)

Best to contact the technical support about it using this form.

Pressing F5 in the client should refresh it. As for slow loading, it could either be due to a slow internet connection, or your cache needs clearing:

- Search on your pc for %appdata% 

- Open the folder "TankiOnline"

- Delete the folder called "Local Store"

when are you going to fix the errors when playing.. I cant play a game for 15 minutes.. I constantly lags and then error.. and then I refresh, and i'm out of the game.. this is no longer acceptable. !!!! today lag, and errors on the app and the web game.. im running on a hexa core , with 1g fiber optic..

After the update on shaft, when charging up a full powered shaft shot and firing it did arcade shot damage. This occurs about 1 in every 10 shots. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Yup. Sometimes it deals no damage too, even when I clearly hit them... They said the Shaft bugs were fixed, but apparently not. And bring back penetration T_T

First time this happened to me on my noob account "goldskillz".

You wil see that I got stuck to the wall while falling down!

2 pictures will show that i stayed there for maybe 20 seconds until another player killed me.Here are the urls.

I play using Standalone flash and I'm also a bit of an avid sniper. however, a lot of times I'll go into a map, enter full screen to use mouse controls, and it will say an error occurred and the standalone client will crash. If you could help me solve this that would be great.

TO Client have lots of bugs these days & no one answering or trying to fix this. There is F5 button not working for re enter the game and every single time I enter the game can't kill any tank. After press delete button or need to re enter the game again also in xp bp some time I can't kill the enemy some times kills and some time skip!!

 

Please take action against these bugs and fix it soon. Client needs to improve!!  :wacko:

No, I'm not with you. If Tanki Where to be shut down forever 2 things would happen A, I would personally build a nuclear bomb that is live and send it to AlternativaPlatform headquarters, a B, I would file a lawsuit for fraud.

These two issues seem to be hard to fix. The developers are aware of them, but unfortunately haven't been able to find a solution yet.

As for the second bug, I do know that it helps to close every other program on your pc while loading a battle and to keep the battle screen open.

I went to buy 17 repair kits at the same time and when I returned to the battle I still had 0 -.- I'm afraid if I buy the big supply kit I wouldn't have anything and help desk doesn't do anything about it they are no help every time I send them a message about a problem I have, they always decline it or never respond.
