Could you upload the screenshots to an image hosting site like http://imgur.com/ ?

We can't open links to images that are stored on your own pc.

 

You can try clearing your Flash Player's cache.

 

These two issues seem to be hard to fix. The developers are aware of them, but unfortunately haven't been able to find a solution yet.

As for the second bug, I do know that it helps to close every other program on your pc while loading a battle and to keep the battle screen open. 

I always close all running programs before open the TO Client and still face lots of bug there I like the client but its need much improvement and today is happen strange thing after finish the xp bp battle I lose 2k crys because its not appears in reward and show 0 whats going on I have no idea!!

You should have gotten the reward a little later, or after the server update. If you're sure you haven't received them though, you can contact the technical support through this form.

yes it is, re-downloaded client and its still not logging out nor refreshing, a thing I forgot to say is that Remember me doesn't works! I close client and I don't straight load to lobby (as remember me should do) but it goes to log in screen where my nick and pass are saved  but I am not logging in straight!

Unfortunately no, I'd suggest using the Standalone Flash player instead.

If possible, could you make a video of what happens exactly?

There have been several posts about glitches with Shaft only dealing arcade damage when fully scoped in. This is still happening, several times to me today alone, and no word from anyone that the problem has been noted and being addressed.

 

BTW- not pleased at all with the new limit of incline for this turret either. For instance, one cannot come anywhere close to hitting the roof tops in Rio unless you are elevated (like on the ridge). Why the change? Were there some complaints that Shaft can shoot too high? Opponents can shoot down from the roof at me but I can no longer return fire unless I climb halfway up a wall. In this particular map, we just lost the whole beach area as you are a sitting duck that cannot fire back. Reduced inclination and now shots that only score arcade damage too??

 

Please fix these, PLEASE!

The shaft problem has been reported to the developers, but no fix so far.

As for the changes in Shaft, best to voice your concerns about it in the official topic. That topic might seem like it's about Striker only, but during that update, Shaft's parameters were also changed (you can check the patch notes).

Now, I'm no stranger to this glitch, as I'm sure you had your experiences with it as well. Can't turn left and shoot at the same time - all turrets.

 

Originally I thought it was a small glitch with the new striker turret, but it seems to be affecting every turret I use. If I am pressing space while using Firebird, for example, I can't turn left unless I stop firing and then turn. And then, while I'm turning, I can't fire again until I release that button. This happens for all turrets and both in the Tanki Desktop app and the browser (I've tried IE, mozilla firefox, and chrome.)

Feature or a bug , this is clearly not a feature so yes it's a bug.

You already abused it, which in fact is against the rules. We didn't overlook what you posted, it was pretty hard to miss in all the posts you made. This loophole has been around for a long time, it just hasn't been closed yet. Luckily for us it is easy to fix.
