My score on ratings got deleted... is this a forum bug or is it my laptop?

Dear Tech Support -

 

As of the last three days, I am unable to change the size of the view port.  I have tried every button on my keyboard in combination with " - ", but nothing works. The view is stuck in full view mode, so I cannot leverage performance by shrinking the view of the game.  This is true whether I use Firefox or Internet explorer.  The only recent change to my computer recently is a Java update.

Go to the game settings then go to the controls tab and check which keys are assigned.

Today I took an gold box but the crystal did not increase and also I bought 10 repair kit today my crystal decrease and the repair kit was not added. . not fair plzzz fix it ...

If you haven't received your repair kits after last night's server update, please contact the technical support using this form.

There's something wrong with the "Friends list". When I click on "Sent requests" and "Incoming requests" nothing happens.

i play everyday and i see these bugs daily: 

 

1- the game lags and who has flag loses it.

2- changing equipment does not work a lot, we have to go back to garage again.

3- the new bug( we can not move our tanks)

 - the friends list " send and receive icons do not open"

-  ratings does not open 

 

well this reminds me with the huge bug "got kicked out of the battles" which happened few months ago, the mods kept telling us that  players are overloading the Russians servers which causes the problem, but finally they figured out it is a huge virus and they said that on V_log,

 

tanki please check out your system before it gets worse,developing Tanki X does not mean you neglect the old version, unless you wanna kill it :ph34r:  

everything is right ratings dont even open and when we go to garage in a battlee and change our equipments and then return to battle then.....as u know same equipment as before Really ANNOYING>>>

Something is rong with Ratings according to my profile i have earned about 800 XP and 1000 cry, and no gold, this week. But i have Gotten several gold and made more than 5 k XP. The equipment im using is updating but nothing else seems to be.

If you've payed for it twice, then wait til after the server restart. If the crystals haven't been returned to you by then, you can contact the technical support through this form.

it's a glitch from the system, it turns all names to null, null means" invalid "

Still RU1 server laggs while entering the game and some time the null bug comes when players join the battle. So please fix it

That's because many players are trying to get in the test server. This results in a permanently overloaded server. Apart from that, from time to time, certain functions in the test server are disabled on purpose.

I agree but when this happened there were just 800 players on the server. And that is not much...
