Please give us a solution to get rid of hackers.

You can complain about a player during the battle using /vote (Nickname) chat command. This works in battle chat ONLY.

You also can record a video, upload it and post the video in Game Violators section of the forum after carefully reading the section rules.

On ru1 : after joining battle battle list doesn't close ,meaning it's like I pressed battle button and it's loading battles ,and I should close client and 're run it. Very annoying.

 

 

The next one is very bad lag of ru 1 ,in fact all Tanki servers ,I don't know what to say and what to suggest ,I will tell you buy new servers you will tell RIP money :/

Small problem I have that irritates me. Sometimes I'm playing a match and then in the last 5 or so seconds my screen freezes. So being concerned that I'll lose my crystals I wait more than the remaining time. Then I reload and end up in the next game and no additional crystals from the match in my account. now, I'm tempted to start screaming "hacker!" immediately, but I'm wondering if the problem is on the game's end or mine. Though I would go with the hacker option because it's so convenient that at the very end of the match people "leave" and the battle fund goes to the remaining few. It's happened about 20 times in the past few months ,but as this is the second time this week I thought to mention it now.

 

Also I was wondering if there could be an in-match report/kick button for those annoying players that push you of the map and in general deliberately hinder the team. And have half the team vote for the player to be kicked before they are actually kicked.

Reporting incredible amount of lag today on any servers. When i join game, i see battles but no player names and it takes few mins to load names and while i see left and right side, the loading bar is still in center of my screen. Friends list takes 3 minutes to open. Garage loads and then loading bar keeps loading to infinity. Help

Cannot deliver and capture enemy flag

 

In over 50% of the cases after taking the enemy flag and delivering it to my own colour/side's flag holder it won't be accepted, neither when riding over it nor when dropping it on the exact spot. This way it takes me ages to conquer some flags and this makes playing the game and completing daily missions very annoying. Happens to me both in Browser and Client mode.

 

I'm using WIN 8.1 64bit Intel Core i5 3.80GHz 8.00GB RAM with a fair internet connection.

 

Any help would be appreciated

If this has started to occur only recently, you can try running CCleaner or try to manually clear your browser and flash cache.

To clear the client's cache you have to press the 'Windows' and R key, and then in the search field, type: %appdata%. After pressing Enter, you will find a file called 'TankiOnline', open it and delete the file called 'Local Store'.

I'm not sure what causes the screen freezes, but you might want to check out this help article. It contains some useful tips on how to improve your game performance.

A player vote/kick option for saboteurs is subject to abuse. In the past there used to be a system like that, where innocent players could be kicked and were kicked also, which is why it was removed shortly after. Tanki is working towards a better overall system for both casual games and more customized games, but it takes time.

1. Turret doesn't do damage when I enter a different battle. I exit and join again and it still doesn't work. I have to exit the client completely and login again.

 

2. Lag. The gameplay isn't fluid and I find myself driving into a wall when I was trying to move elsewhere.

I certainly hope they will fix or at least reduce those problems. In the livestream it was said that they would start spending more time on fixing the minor issues, so that sounds promising.

issue again lol

 

so the other day i said having issues with counter adding kills.. Now I'm having issues with kills getting extra counts .. so basically before i would kill 5 and only get 3 score on my counter.. well now its 3 kills and its adding 2-3 more kills on to my score...

 

I know i should not complain about it cause i'm gaining but it needs to be fixed..

 

also when going to use drugs there is a huge time delay on them .. this is similar to the weekend trial run

 

where after i get one drug i have to wait about 15 seconds or more for the next but when going to use health it some times do's not open ...

 

its not my key board or my cache cause i just cleared them the other day thinking this might have been the issue but its still going on..

I was in a match Pro Battle Noise CTF 9/1 flags using client and the in match just disappeared, only showed the background like I was in the lobby but no battle selections. I went to my garage the went back to battles it gave me the if you leave the match you forfeit message so I logged out the client and back in real quick to see the match over and all my funds 1400-ish points not awarded no message over an hour long match wasted. I can't even right now. Don't know what happened there was lag in the match every time a gold box dropped 3 did but my ping is 70. Maybe this will help the Devs see the issue doesn't happen again but I really don't wanna play anymore after that waste of premium.

By 'logging out the client' you mean you clicked the arrow in the upper right corner of the window and clicked on the confirmation to log off? Or you mean you just closed the client and reopened it without logging off first?

I just wanted to report that there is a problem with the "Decline All" button for friend requests. When I press the "Decline All" button nothing happens. I have to manually click the red X for each request. And this problem has been going on for several days.

 I was using the game client when this happened. I am on a Macbook pro 2009 and I was getting 50 fps and 100 ping. I did nothing weird. Thanks for the 0 crystals!

It's most likely just a visual glitch. If you haven't received your crystals after the server update, you can contact the help desk through this form.

Client Issue ~ (!!!)

When switching a weapon (not tested on other accounts) on the account @C.O.N.Q.U.E.R.O.R in a battle, I am unable to move. I've tried everything from switching controls to retyping my controls in the settings page to switching another piece of equipment. The only thing that works is exiting the client, then re-entering. And as of the recent F5 issue, this gets really annoying. Plus, I'm trying to keep my K/D up above 2.50 at least, so... It's annoying. Major, major problem.

well, i play since 2013, and i have never seen many bugs and glitches as i see these days, i am 100% sure that developers are aware of the problems, but i have no idea weather they can not solve them, or simply they don't have time because they work on Tanki X, Please someone tell the producer to hire some employees, once again the maintenance 2 days ago did not solve any problems which are:

 

1- hulls got stuck( can not move hull but able to use the turret) if someone uses tanki client with no refresh (f5) option, so he must leave the battle and come back again.

 

2- the game lags every few minutes. and then i find myself got destroyed or in somewhere far from i was in. 

 

3- changing equipment still does not work sometimes.

 

4- """""""""""""""""" Self destruction "" happens sometimes when i touch enemy hulls. it may last for whole battle.

Hi. I was using my m1 ricochet on Silence CP map. and when it finished micro-upgrading, I got the following error:

I have a glitch where my twins m1/Viking m0 auto self destructs.It shows no warning sign and often when I kill a player I self-destruct straight after.Does any1 know how to fix?
