Hi ,

I was playing on polygon cp 500 map server EN2 . I see my experience points ingame rise , but i do not see them come in the top left corner ( total experience points ) . So i decided i go out of client and restart it . Now i cannot get in the game nomore . I mean , i get logging in page , mane and pasword and then it starts to load , and load and load and load .... nothing happening . I tried to rastart pc , and i tried the online version . All the same result , after username and password it just keeps loading the green beam ( does not go full ) .What can i do , is it my problem ( other internet etc is fine ) , is it problem server , client  ???

Tanki servers down, players are stuck on loading bar, lots of players so it isn't only you. I would say, let's wait and see till it gets fixed, once again... you are not the only one having this problem for now so please be patient, thank you.

It never happens to me so I don't think it's a bug. Check your internet. What browser are you using?

Using Firefox here ... Its runs fine in other maps, but in case of large maps, always pop-up came up "Re-Enter The Game".

There's a glitch with Magnum where the power bar will sometimes keep charging even after I let go of Spacebar and I have to tap Spacebar again to get it to stop, which causes me to overshoot.

 

Another problem is that any shots that hit the enemy after you die don't cause any damage. For example, say you're in a Thunder duel and you're both 3 shots from dying. You both get 2 shots on each other at the same time, but when it's time for the 3rd shot, the enemy kills you but your shot doesn't cause any damage to them at all despite the fact that I saw the Thunder explosion hit their tank. This happens A LOT​ when I'm using Thunder and it's really annoying.

Why "Re-Enter The Game" always pops up whenever I join Kungur, Lost Temple, Red Alert, and Year 2042 maps ?? Is there any bug in those maps ?

It could be arbitrary but since, as you claim, the error pops up everytime you enter these maps it could most likely be linked with one of the most recent updates. Read more. The more you report these issues, the faster devs fix them.

 

 

 

This is a not-so common glitch but it has happened several times before. In most cases players facing such issue receive their earnt exp points after server restart. Make sure you gather some screens of playing battles but not getting any score from them and store them somewhere. In case you do not receive your exp even after server update you will have some evidence you can withhold with the help desk and fix the issue.

 

 

 

 

Well this can happen, in some cases, if you have a program or multiple programs downloading in the background, or perhaps you have a program which uses your prioritized task(or becomes it) from time to time arbitrarily. If it's none of these, it could be an ambiguity with the game as developers disabled critical error which has made many unusual bugs evident. I suggest you report this issue in this topic so developers can have a look at it.

I a game once the other team got all of their flags captured all tanks were immune to damage and no one could die the battle fun was 1966 crystals. I believe that I and the other team's tanks should get the crystals that we earnt.

Caused by lag, reloading the game should fix it.

Hi,

Today I could not enter TO using this ID on both the Client as well as Firefox browser. My other ID however had no issues at all logging in. I hope it won't effect my daily missions score buildup on this ID.

We still haven't got exact answer from them as a players but I hoping they will tell us sooner and later and sure they will eliminate today's issues or at least I hope so. Let's hope the best and see if servers will be back to their original way.  :)

Help!

I play whole battle peacefully with any lags but in last 30 secs I start to lag and kicked out the battle without getting my reward..

What is this? What is the reason for this?

Usually caused by lag, there are various possible solutions HERE.

That happens due to bad internet connection, and when your ping goes really high, but tech support won't refund you, if it is your own internet's fault, they only refund when it's Tanki Online's fault or used to be this way. However to reduce this lag, I suggest you to change the tanki link so before "tankionline.com.....", add something like  "123.tankionline.com", or you can simply add your nickname rather then "123.tankionline.com". This may reduce your lags, but it works for me, whenever I want to play, I always change the link and I don't get any lags so you should try it as well.  :)

Lately, every Gold I should have gotten had gone right through me. Is it just Hunter M1's uselessness for Gold Hunting, or some random glitch that decided to pick on me this week?

It could be related to the other problems, glitches and few other things that were happening for the past 2 days including some of the servers being unplayable or the usual thing which is lag. Try to change the tanki link so before "tankionline.com.....", add something like "123.tankionline.com", or you can simply add your nickname rather then "123.tankionline.com". This may reduce your lags, but it works for me, whenever I want to play, I always change the link and I don't get any lags so you should try it as well.

 

Other possible solutions to do are the following:

• Enter the game through this site.
• How to reduce lags.
• High ping.
• How to clear your Browser cache.

If none of those work, usually when you restart your computer and/or clear your browser catch, it should make a better. Although, do those links first.

 

 

And lastly but not least, if this happens more often, you can use Standalone Flash Player, it might prevent your ping from spiking when a gold box is dropping. It's a problem more players have reported over time, so we will keep passing it on to the developers.

 

 

 

Yes, it is known glitch but usually players receive their crystals once they refresh their Browser/Client or whatever they were using or in some rare circumstances they get their crystals after the server restart unless they already got their reward right after the battle ends despite it being ''0''. how is this possible there are paint sales but the price of the paint in the kit is unaffected plus the same thing happened with the turret and hull sales that were going on. plzzz someone explain when i asked people n game chat and i looked it up on the wiki it said the prices should be affected..
