Did you perhaps got the battle reward, you seen the battle reward when you refreshed? Did you join the battle before the battle ended when you refreshed or you missed the timer and got kicked, explain it a bit more if possible, thanks.

I think problem is my internet.. nobody else facing such weird issue.

Don't think so, some others also face similar issues but never report them and therefore it might sometimes look like one person is having this or that issue while actually multiple people are.

Errors are still not fixed, more and more and more errors appear.

 

When will it be fixed?

When will Tanki move towards HTML5?

If there are errors, it's because of our network or our computer. Sometimes, clearing our cookies can solve the issue.

 

Don't blame devs for errors.

Network connection or (flash) cache files have nothing to do with this.

Screen size is affecting the errors, not internet. And I don't want to lower my graphics or screen size.

 

I don't blame the developers, I blame that stupid old platform that they use to run the game on; Flash Player.

Which is why they are working on moving from Flash to HTML5, finally we all can get rid of this once and for all. :)

Lags and errors are in the game, there are few ways to reduce them till we move from Flash, so try doing these methods till the day comes.

I know many have encountered this bug, but I'd like to know what I should do to receive my crystals (I may have received them when the battle ended, but I'm not sure). Thanks.

This is a known bug, players usually receive their crystals after reloading the game or upon the server restart.

 

If you still don't receive your crystals please read this: I lost crystals/exp/items from my account.

Hello,15 minuts ago I stay in a Highlands you know that world.. the goldbox was falling right on me but i cant take it is this the other people can take it but i cant take it.

happens to me too  my ping sometimes glitches to 999 and i cant take a box kill someone or heal someone

So I was playing a Sandbox CTF battle, and noticed there was a time limit for the battle here: (15 minutes).

 

 

 

 

Here is a video to show that the 15 minute time limit wasn't counting down, while players were playing. I am showing another random battle to compare the timer counting down, to while the Sandbox battle wasn't. (This was recorded after I left the battle)

So I've been in the battle for about 25 minutes so I knew something was wrong when the battle didn't end after 15 minutes of playing. Other players were experiencing the same time glitch, after entering this Sandbox battle. Look at the time limit here:

 

 

 

I was hoping I would be compensated crystals because I left the battle knowing there was no way for the battle to end without the timer counting down. I took this screenshot right before I left the battle.

For the last couple of months, my Missions have not worked - so for example, one of my missions is to catch a gold box, and if I catch it the mission won't complete. Even if I've changed one, they still have all stayed at 0. Any solution?

Since Patch Update #451 it is only possible to complete missions in non-PRO battles. Make sure you do them in non-PRO battle and it will work.

hii all.as u said in the patch above,even in non pro battles im not able to finish my missions.even when i do the missions it doesnt show.i worked 3 weeks and lost one week chain. Pls fix and thanks for understanding :D

Are you sure you are trying to do them in non-Pro battles? 

 

 

The battles highlighted in Red are Pro battles and have icons next to them. 

 

The battles highlighted in Blue are non-Pro battles which you can do missions in.

I've had a problem recently concerning being kicked out of a battle. It's very rare and has only happened twice since I returned to Tanki a few days ago, but it's still pretty annoying.

 

A few minutes after entering a battle I get kicked out with a message in the top right saying "error has occurred." Sometimes it will even allow me to continue to play, but one time every tank became invisible and I was in the middle of nowhere. Here's an example:

 

Like I said, it very rarely happens. It's just annoying when it does. I had this message come up three times in a battle and I was kicked out of the application. I had to go back, sign in again (because I keep forgetting to click "Remember Me") and it takes a few seconds to get me back in the battle. My score and everything else is still there, and it just re-enters me like I never left.

The twins alteration stable plasma doesnt all ways work even thought its equipped. The splash damage is removed but not the self damage. I will try to get a video showing this.

 

Can you try and fix this as it is annoying and would be a waste of 50,000 crystals. Thanks
