hello, i'm playing once-twice a month so i'm not very "updated" but i played a battle right now and my team won but we didn't get any crystal...i took a screenshot but is it something normal or a bug/glitch?

(if needed i can send the screenshot to an admin/moderator)

Its a common glitch, players usually receive their crystals after reloading the game or upon the server restart.

i have a question: is it no longer possible to report chat violators? now everyone is free to insult other players or is just me that i can't find the section?

The chat violations section has been closed. You must now use the ignore feature in-game to block players who annoy you.

Since then I bought the M2.

Now, the M0 line is "stuck" at the upgraded level. All columns show 15 and they are yellow.

Of course, it doesn't give me any disadvantage or anything, but it still looks weird.

I'm at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

I have an M0 protection module. I micro-upgraded it to 5/5 level.

Now I wanted to get the free M1 but I can't, because M2 is also available at my rank.

But I don't want to collect 100.000 crystals to buy M2.

I want to get the M1 and then micro upgrade to M2.

Is this a bug or the intended way to work? Did I waste my crystals even to fully upgrade to M1 level?! :(

Sorry if this was already mentioned but it's still happening after weeks of first seeing it.

 

My game crashes very often, usually after I enter a battle or when I have all my buffs activated.

The error message is "an error occurred".

This is happening in the Downloaded Launcher.

 

I tried different paint, different module, different graphic settings but still keeps happening.

I guess I'll have to go back to using the web browser, where there's he other issue of waiting minutes until entering the garage during a game and getting kicked out because of it.

It's there to serve as an indication that this garage item has been fully micro-upgraded when it was on that modification level, in this case M0.

now we are having issues with TDM missions there not adding to the mission. I just finished in third place and received 225 crystals but my mission is not completed it still stands at 0 done..?? and yes i even refreshed and left my account to see if it would change but nothing happened..

Are you sure you did your mission in non-PRO battle?

Iran appears to crash randomly during any match I join on any pc i play Tanki on.

 

Specifications of the pc's i've tried tanki on and crashes randomly on iran (for info if it is a hardware problem):

 

PC 1:

Intel Core i5 4690K 4.00GHZ

8 GB DDR3

Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2 GB

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

 

PC 2:

Intel Core i7 2630QM 2.00GHZ

8 GB DDR3

Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M 1.5GB

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

 

I don't really know if it is a map problem or not, or if this has been in the game for a while and it was never patched.

In any map, I keep getting what it seems as a huge lag. Something curious happened when I tried to chat: every keystroke that I pressed (lightly almost no presure) was registered 3 times. Ex.: "lllaaagggiiinnnggg" instead of "laging", which is what I tiped. Then I saw that my tank was having slow reaction and kept moving for some seconds after I stop pressing, let say, forward.

 

I play in a Ubuntu LTS 16.04 on Firefox for linux. i have a Flash Player v.26.0.0.131, updated.

Appreciate any help!

I was playing a battle in Polygon CP when this happened...

 

 

If it is of any help a gold box did drop in the battle. I would also like to be compensated for the crystals I didn't receive...

 

EDIT: I also did not receive any extra crystals after the battle ended or after the server restart.

This is just a visual bug, you will either get the crystals after the battle or at the server restart.

Yes I have seen this type of aberration before. They are not invincible though, they only seem to accumulate 1% of damage that they should.

If you went to the ATM and it said zero balance or zero credit paid in would you be happy to be told

 

 its just a visual bug, you will get your money at the end of the day. Tanki provides no proof or other method of seeing what you have earned other than the end of game stats. Whilst they may correct a visual bug there is no evidence that you have been paid what you earned. Lots of people pay cash for supplies or upgrades and if this was real cash missing from your bank account you would not be happy with some half assed excuse about a visual bug.

It's a glitch in xp/bp, format. The developers are aware of this problem and working on fixing this glitch.
