Today i completed one off missions and took the reward

and then went to do other missions and suddenly 2 missions disappeared

it says u completed all missions for today

 

So I finished my missions right after the server update, then all of a sudden i went to EU7 and had new missions.. I know that this isn't the place for that but the site help replies so late and i have no idea why did they close the bugs reports. But why did I have missions again?

 

your not the only one having issues with it , yesterday received mission for 30 cp and I went to a battle and came out with in a few minutes and it was removed.. not sure what is happening with it . i have a mod looking into mine

Today when I logged in my mission chain was completed and not a single mission was touched. I only had about 197k crystals yesterday but when I logged in today it was 207k. What is this glitch? Whatever it is I love it :D

 

I get more missions after the initial ones, sometimes, but it's more rewards so i dont complain. not sure why you are.

You completed yesterday's missions all 3 of them, claimed them and waited for tomorrow's missions and when you logged in, you didn't seen any new missions at all and you also remember the exact crystals you had before you logged out yesterday?

 

Edit:   There's been an issue with missions disappearing this morning. It should be solved now, if you still counter it, , please notify it in here.

 

The thing was I did have all the missions. It's just one has been complted automatically and has given my chain reward but when I logged in all 3 missions were untouched. I didn't have a disadvantage. I had an advantage :)

This may or may not be a common problem, and it may be a well known glitch, but I just don't feel like searching the forums for it.

 

I encountered this glitch about 4-5 times in the span of about 3 weeks already, and the glitch is that Tanki sometimes (maybe rarely for some) shows 0 battle rewards for the winning team. I found that once I leave the battle then the reward is added to me account, therefore it's not a big deal. But nonetheless a glitch being a glitch is should be looked into and should be fixed.

It is quite known glitch which usually happens to many players from time to time but it is harmless one since everyone who faces this harmless glitch usually receives their crystals right after the battle ends despite it showing 0 crystals or when they refresh whatever they were using. There are some rare situations where players get their crystals after the server restart but that rarely happens, nonetheless you will ALWAYS receive your crystals so nothing to worry at all. :)

Sometimes you cant toggle those settings. Try the client or a different browser.

Ever since the time of the ill-fated "match-making" trial, I've been having really bad problems with Tanki "lag". Everything will run smoothly for a few seconds - then I'll get a second or two where everything stops, followed by "jumping" to a new position - then a few smooth seconds - then more "stop action" crap. When the action "jumps", sometimes the tank is repositioned as if it has just spun around in circles during the missing time. Sometimes it barely moves at all. It's sort of like the game is just taking a break, repositioning the tank at random, then starting up again.

 

My hardware hasn't changed. My software hasn't changed. I'm not running any other applications. My ISP hasn't changed. And though I might have had this problem from time to time before, it was never like this - a constant problem in every game.

 

It appears Tanki HAS changed and the game is almost unplayable due to lag.

And I bet no one answered your question yet, let alone that the issue has been solved... So typical Tanki

 

 

 

How come when I post something negative here I get banned from chat and posting for 24 hours without having used any faul language? And why does it take forever when I want to post a screenshot here? After saving it it keeps on reading "Saving post..."

Just like this one... I have the feeling this post will soon have "somehow" disappeared...

You will get the paint after 8 days and not right away unless you are one of the players who are going to the contest that is held in Russia, those players will get the paint right away so this way they will have the paint for quite some time before those normal players who didn't take part in the Event that is held in there but everyone who bought the bundle will get the paint so it is a matter of time only. :)

 

You will get your paint on 11th.

i understand that.. now my issue is I purchased the package but it do's not state its paid for . i check my pay pal account and also emails from tanki there is nothing to show for it, but if i go to purchase it again , there is a higher chance of getting only crystals . i'm not even sure if i received them or not . need someone to look into it further on tanki side . i have send into tanki on line but there giving me the old run around like normal..

ok i understand that this is not what I'am saying.. i tried to buy on one of my other accounts and what im getting is this ( see photo ) this stays on for a good 3 to 5 minutes and does not go any further. i have money in the account i know i checked it before i did the order also it would state thank you for the purchase if it went threw , but its like frozen on this page . i did buy on bylord and all was good with it so now what is happening ?  only thing I can think of is there are issues with either tanki or pay pal transactions ..

Did you try clicking on that yellow text or refreshed? If so, use a different browser and it should work normally, try those. I had it once so I clicked on the yellow part and it worked, another time, I simply changed the browser I was using.

Question #1: All of TO's servers are based in Europe, more specifically Eastern Europe. Expect to have bad lag sometimes, as there will be occasional packet loss.

Question #2: The employee's of Alternativa Platforms (TO's parent company.) don't respond to the forums because it isn't their business. Simple.

Question #3: TO isn't reluctant to pay attention to the players. They simply have much bigger things to worry about than your questions... I on the other hand have all the time in my life to respond so here I am wasting brain cells answering your questions.

Question #4: None of the moderators are "wannabes". They're players just like you or me who have more permissions. Also, what does politics have anything to do with anything? And double also, TO is based in Russia so yeah, US politics mean nothing to them.

 

Final comment: If the response a moderator gives you doesn't satisfy you, you don't need to be annoying by saying "Don't give me 'X' response because I've already done 'Y' action to check." You can simply say "I've checked my hardware and it is running fine" with which a moderator will respond with more info to the best of his/her abilities.

 

Please be polite on the forums, by the way. I understand I may have been harsh considering you're likely a younger kid but still, learn to respect your elders.

Why wouldnt I use colours when they are given as an option in the text editor? Im here to post for any one to read and this stands out so they can be pre warned about Tanki's ongoing malfuncioning game platform.

Why launch an online game when you know your servers are not capable of supporting the game itself? That is not just rather stupid, it is simply scandalous regarding the fact they want gamers (mostly juveniles) to pay (to win).

Regular companies do care about their customers and have a department called Customer Service that is in direct touch with its consumers. They do not expect their customers to watch their V Blogs every day because they once again have implemented unnecessary alterations.

In what way is complaining unrespectful? Your answers have led to nothing and hence a total waste of what I believe is your precious time.

 

I'm living my life as real as it gets and if I have a complaint I address it to the company that I purchased the given item from. When doing so I do not expect to be confronted by a non-employed fan of that so called product.

 

So please state what you found insulting because the only insult I trace here is the bare existence of Tanki itself.
