Nah, repair kit does have a short lag. There's a short frame where, if you press RK or OD, it will cancel out without healing anything, not even the 1000 HP.

I use Flash 26 standalone player. Ever since the last update this week, I get this error after almost every game. I just have to close Flash Player and reload everything. It happens at random times, when I'm not active, between games.

 

 

 

 

Who explain me what's is this **** ???  today i've been trying to play for 2 hours ... i didn't have one battle without this ****

Note I have solved my issue with playing using Microsoft Edge.

​I deleted the entire application and reloaded it.

 

Note this is not entirely simple to do, had to enter safe mode, delete the right folder, then enter Windows Power Shell as administrator, then reload using complication command.

That's a side effect of the server maintenance that was done around that time, you can either clean your flash player cache (using CCleaner is the easiest way), or you can try a different link from the ones listed here. If any other issues occur, please visit the help site, this topic is for reporting bugs and glitches, not for solving technical problems.

It would be much less chaotic if you used support tickets, like Wargamming (company that made World of Tanks, one of tanki's competitors) does. In this forum, it seems like no one is listening to my replies. In a day or 2, my complaints will be on the second page and forgotten. The idea of a ticket is that you put a message, and it gets put in line to be looked at. When some support person looks at it, they reply, then if the problem is solved, you close the ticket. If it is not, you re-open it and say why the last ticket didn't work. Wargamming always gave nice replies and solved the problem, you could too if you switched to ticket system. There are simply too many support requests to use a forum.

 

Please like if you agree so i can get attention of the support people/developers.

If you want a to contact the technical support, you can do that via special forms. Then you will receive a ticket in your e-mail, just like you described. Furthermore, you can seek help on the help site, where you can create a topic and the help site consultants will try to help you out.

Like you said, using the forum for these purposes will be too chaotic, which is exactly why we have the two options I mentioned. ;) 

This topic is here merely to report bugs and glitches, so we can quickly notify the programmers about it.

 

Regarding your earlier post:

It's not exactly a bug, but the matchmaking system doesn't balance properly. There should be equal players on each team. Sometimes the matchmaking system adds players to the team with the most players, ending up in 2 enemys per ally. This can be very annoying, because sometimes I end up with the worse allies, and we have to fight 1vs2. It is impossible to avoid 10 decent players while capping enemy flag without help! Also, the overdrive makes even newibies one-shot me. The enemy team just charges with 5 players, taking turns activating overdrive. My team can't get more than 2 people overdriving together. Overdrive makes teamwork more important, but if a team has more players, it just makes it so unfair. Overdrive makes newbies who don't know how to aim dangerous!

 

Also, I noticed that when i did good in a battle (a different one that above), more people joined the enemy team until we lost when they had 2x. This makes skill level not matter. If you are good, then the matchmaking system will drown you in enemy (mostly noob) players. This makes having less skills a advantage!

 

Basically, what I want is for overdrive to be weaker slightly (or don't allow repairs within 10 sec of each other), and for the matchmaking system to balance the number of players, not the skill level. If you balance the total skill level, it is not a battle anymore. It is a exactly even fight where no one wins, and the top players get left with most of the enemy mob to destroy. Then there is no point to try hard to win. Also, i noticed that i kept being put in the same battle, but maybe there was a shortage of players.

 

NOTE: This happened on my smaller acc, but it is not allowed to post (maybe rank too small?).

Turret I Bought is No Longer Available in the Garage

 

Hi - this possibly isn't a bug as such, but read on...

 

My turrets are currently:

Hammer M2  |  Striker M2  |  Shaft M2

The rest are M0.

I'm struggling with my current Hammer/Hunter combo, so decided to try out an Isida.  I can't afford the M2, so I purchased an M0 from the garage.  Micro-upgrading it to M1 level, I found I actually did better with the Hunter / Isida, the intention being to micro-upgrade it to M2.

Today however, on logging into my account, the Isida M0 I upgraded has vanished from the garage entirely, leaving just the M2 - which I'm in an even worse position to afford.

So... regardless of whether or not it was sensible to buy an M0 Isida to micro-upgrade in the first place, the option was available to me, it was there to buy.  I bought it, upgraded it to M1, so it should be amongst my available turrets.  So where did the Isida go?

This may or may not be the best place to post this, but it's a good place for it (probably).

 

Whenever I join a battle, I don't do any damage. Absolutely NONE. It doesn't matter whether I'm trying to attack, heal (using an Isida), or capturing a Control Point (I noticed this today), nothing happens. I can't attack no matter how much I try, so I just look like a fool getting close to people (I use Firebird a lot) and letting myself get killed. 

 

Today I was in a Polygon DM (Was trying to get XP for a mission), and I had no kills and like 8 deaths. I rage quit and left the battle.

 

This happens almost every time I join a battle, and eventually am able to attack again (the time varies from pretty soon to a very long time).

 

I refresh, change my equipment, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

 

What can I do to fix this?

I didn't get a response, so I'm just going to quote my post. I always have this problem. Can anyone help?

Upon loading Tanki Online for the first time, there is this bug which causes the last selected battle list to be of a different type of battle mode. I am speaking about the filtered battle list option.

 

 

As you can see from the image above, the last selected battle mode was CTF, after quitting and restarting Tanki Online, it shows a DM mode battle (selected) which should not be displayed because I have CTF selected in the battle filter. This is a repeated glitch which only appears when loading Tanki Online from the web browser or game client. This glitch has appeared since the breakdown of the unified battle list and the shortening of the number of displayed battle since the last filtered battle list update.

 

Please release a patch update to fix this bug.

We don't consider this as a bug. When you have a battle id in your browser's address bar (e.g. http://tankionline.com/battle-ru.html#/battle=2aaaaab9c96c1179), this battle will appear in the list after reloading the client regardless of the selected battle mode. Won't fix.

In addition to this, the battle ID that shows up in your address bar is random and isn't affected by filter selection.

If you want to get rid of that one battle in another mode, just select another filter option and get back to your preferred one, then the odd battle will be gone from your list.

The game has been very unresponsive since yesterday. I have trouble with the main lobby chat as well. The problem is there is a delay between keystroke and something occuring on the screen.

I had the same problem on and off again during the Halloween event. It's almost impossible to play the game.

I use the Edge browser, and clean my Flash Player regularily. During the Halloween event I tried Internet Explorer, but it didn't help either.

Seems like almost every other battle the game glitches out where all tanks are frozen except for me, I'll try to go to the garage and/or refresh and get kicked out, server closed.

This game is impossible to play already! I was just at Massacre playing TDM and I couldn't play the full ten minutes. It always freeze, can't do damage and after all this game throw me away. ring back old Tanki, enough useless upgrades! Last few weeks it's just impossible to play and gain some xp and crystals, game always shuts down!
