Yet another vulcan bug. 

This only happens with the 

So, if you use FIREBIRD (any M), and start shooting at your enemy who has a VULCAN (any M), but they are overheating already, then you will NOT have any afterburn effect on them, and it will just make them self destruct. 

It is very, very annoying.

Nope. You end up completely loosing all damage done. They only burn from THEIR overheating, but not YOUR fire-after-effect.

So basically you loose out on a kill.

You haven't fixed the bugs with "Future" and "Rio".

They still don't function.

And I have a relatively strong modern PC.

I also did all the cache cleanup including in internet browser.

I also restarted it several times.

You have a reliability issue with the software.

Not the stand-alone and not the web-version would function.

Not a new software installation would help either.

So please do not suggest that I should clean up cache or restart PC.

I already did all this.

In Assault mode, I have to run over the flag 3 to 4 times before it resets. I don't have this problem in CTF. 

Ok, never mind. I guess it resets itself. I had forgotten how to play, but I'm getting the hang of it again.

Now that Assault Mode has been released, the error "An error occurred" bug, appears on the screen quite often. Please fix this bug.

Well I know that Tanki redid the HTML version, and this morning when I played it there weren't any major issues for me, but there were 2 things that I noticed:

1. One of the other tankers in a battle tried to do a jump hack, but every try resulted in a self-destruct

2. Not today, but last week when they released the HTML version I kept randomly self-destructing, but I think that's been fixed.

This is a bug in the HTML5 version of the game. If you access the game through the Flash version, you will be able to join PRO battles.

You can join the Flash version through the official client, Standalone Flash Player, or by accessing the game through a browser using the following link: tankionline.com/flash.

I am playing without any lag then suddenly bank page appears and I am out of the battles? I saw others players too getting disappeared / disconnected from battles

Lost my all rewards today I am a dumb who just play to earn exp and at top spot and a kid get my crystals?

and why we can't rejoin same battle after refresh?

If you are playing from client clean your cache, if it doesn't work follow the instructions below:

1.Uninstall the game client.

2.Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline

3.Delete "Local Store" folder.

4.Re-install the game client.

I am having the same problem as TO_King. My turret looks like it is working on my screen, but it doesnt do any damage. the recoil still works if i am on my side, it is good for parkour but nothing else. when my friend is next to me playing the game, it looks like im not shooting at all. i thought it was either just me or my gun, so i asked in the chat, and a few other people had the same issue. occasionally, it fixes if i close the tab im in and open it in another one, but not always.

You need to self-destruct in order to deal damage, this bug has been in the game for quite some time now, not sure why and if that didn't work for you then you need to refresh and all should be good.

 

 

Simply try to self-destruct first or refresh and it should work. Closing the tab and opening it again in a new tab is same as refreshing so it fixes it.

Hi there, I am having an issue which doesn't let me play freely. In any given battle that I have tested so far, ca. every minute playing the Garage opens without warning or hitting any hotkey or the Garage button on top. This happens also even if I don't move the tank (i.e. no keys are stroked).

 

Some bulletpoints:

- I am using Chrome for Ubuntu 16.04 and have been playing for at least a year without problems.

 

- I tried to replicate the problem on firefox but it doesn't happen, so it seems onle a Chrome thing. However, Firefox for linux seems to give really bad graphics to the game, so that is a no go.

 

- I have a good almost 80 Mb/s internet connection, and decent FPS and PING.

 

- I have tried to change the controls in the garage thinking It can help somehow. After I changed the garage key 'G' to blank, and the Full Screen key 'O' to '°' (the key right below ESC) it just started to gi in and out of fullscreen. :(

I want to know if it has been reported properly to the TO developers, and instead of closing it and asking us to go to the help site, there should instead be intelligent answers.

 

Also, i tried help site first, and my question has received no answer in 2 weeks!

All problems sent by players are reported to the developers, regardless of how big or small. Creating more topics does absolutely nothing so they will be dealt with appropriately.

When one joins private battle, then leaves the battle and try to rejoin it, it no longer appears in your battlelist.

The battle still proceeds, but once you quit it you can't rejoin, even if you re-open the game.

(occurs in website, client and flash standalone player).

Yeah that happens mostly if YOU created the battle.You won't be able to join back at all.There is a way to get back in the battle tho,Join a random battle by pressing "battle" and ask someone to invite back in the battle.
