Still facing the same issue? Because profiles are working fine for me whether I write the URL manually or I click on player's nickname and then choose ''profile'', it takes me directly in there.

Profiles tab is still not working.  No matter how I get to the page either from browser or standalone flashplayer. Clicking ratings, still gets response "Page not found" on all of my accounts!! Does not work with the client either.

Hmm... so for some places it works meanwhile for others it doesn't. Interesting, did you try it on other different browsers?

Day 2 - Ratings page still not working.

After the recent release of Rugby mode my tank controls are gone weird. My tank turns too much even when I press the side arrow key just once or sometimes doesn't turn when I press them. Anyone facing this issue??

Can it be dislodged by firing at it? If not, I think it should be implemented that the ball will move on a turret's impact.

Developers are aware of the issue, so far there has been no fix.

Yes, ratings are not working on my computer (Mozilla, Chrome), but they work on my tablet. :lol: So weird.

Hello, I need some help please on two issues.  The first is that when I enter in an email on my account to register and receive the free crystals, I never get the email.  I've tried multiple email addresses multiple times, and checked my spam folders, and never received anything.  The second issue is that on another one of my account names (Steeler) I bought the "Keeper" kit (titan/smoky) but received the "Buffalo" kit (mammoth/isida) instead.  This seems to be a glitch.  Can someone look into this for me, or direct me to how I can get help?

Are you sure you haven't registered the email address before?

 

As for the kit were you charged for it, and are you sure that you didn't accidentally select the wrong kit?

Yes, I'm sure I haven't registered the email address before.  I tried numerous times, but after a while gave up.  And in the Shop I cannot Report a problem with my purchase, because I haven't registered an email... it prompts me to do so, again.

 

As for the kit, I'm sure I didn't accidentally select the wrong kit because the "Buffalo" kit wasn't even showing as an option for me to buy.  Also, if I try to buy the "Keeper" kit again, the Shop gives me a warning saying each kit is only allowed to be purchased once, and duplicate purchases will give you crystals instead.  That's why I think this may be a glitch... Perhaps the "Keeper" kit in the Shop is linked to the "Buffalo" kit in the game?

In which case all I can suggest is that you contact the Help Desk through this form. Explain your problem in sufficient detail and wait for a response. 

 

PS: The email you send in the form doesnt have to be linked to your account, just make sure it is valid since the response will be sent there.

For the past few weeks (3 weeks?) I've seen TDM in RGB mode, RGB in CTF mode, CTF in TDM mode, TDM in CTF mode. 

 

Today, I clicked on the CTF button and found a battle. When I got in, I checked to see if our flag was still there and discovered there were no flags because I was in TDM. After the battle, I checked in the lobby and yes, there it was TDM in CTF mode. Last week, I clicked on RGB and found myself in TDM. Week before, I clicked on TDM for a mission and found I was in CTF. 

 

When you click on a battle mode button you expect all battles to be of that mode. 

 

What gives? Is this a glitch?

Me neither. Since Friday. I think it started last week on Wednesday, when they were futzing with Rugby (rolled out screwed up).

They are working for me, too. I used Mozilla Firefox. In the search window I typed: ratings tanki online. That took me to the search list. Top of the list was ratings tankionline.com. I clicked on that and it took me right to the list. It's in Russian.

This is a problem for most tankers at the moment. This issue will be solved when it is solved.  So in the meantime,  if you want to see any of your statistics from the ratings, just ask a friend or moderator that can currently access the ratings and ask them to take a picture of what you want to see. :)

 

Yes, I can see the ratings and I would be happy to do it for you. :D
