Hello! Today I log in to my account and I join to battle! I found the opponent and I shoot at him, but shoot didn`t count, he didn`t got damage! After that I shoot second time and he got damage! Some minutes later same situation happened! And that happened a lot of times! Why it is happening? I hope this glitch/bug will be fixed!

Try again but this time before you re-install go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline,Delete "Local Store" folder and then re-install the game client.

It doesn't help.

I am a computer engineer. You have to fix the bugs otherwise and tackle this issue properly so it doesn't require any engagement of the users.

XP is totally annoying at the moment. 3 outta 10 shots do no damage. This has to be fixed!

Yes! This is pretty exhausting, especially when you're playing in a 1 versus 1 and the shot that's supposed to destroy the opponent gives you the victory, or make you lose :P ..

The exp counter on the "Earn 500 XP in Mode X" is all wrong. I earned over 500 exp, but the mission showed something like 380/500 exp. What's going on?

Battle score is different from experience earned, are you sure that you actually earned 500 exp?

Since a couple weeks ago (after problems with groups arose), the servers have been extremely laggy. Not just NON-PRO, but PRO battles as well. Playing XP/BP the last couple of days is basically a lottery, some of the shots don't do damage. Overall, I can't play a battle without at least 3 lag spikes. Also, after every server restart, the game is unbearable for about 20 minutes. If you manage to get past the lag infested MM queue, you are lucky if you can do damage to anyone, let alone stay for more than 5 minutes before being greeting by a fatal error. The developers seriously need to prioritize what they are doing. They can't continue to add updates to an unfixed game, the bugs will just continue to compound until a complete overhaul is needed. Please fix the lag.

Recently I an all of my accs I have been facing a bug. Where I hit my enemy tank but no damage occurs. But later (after getting killed or camping for reload) I hit them which damages their tank. It has no pattern it randomly happens especially when I am at enemy's base.

The lag spikes occur most time when i turn the turret

I have never asked for anything in this game since I started playing. I always play xp bp and loved that part of the game only but today since it came to this I have to report the 'no damage' thing. it was never happening to me but from 2 days. It started happening to me. Please god or anyone as angel fix it immediately i am a xp player i need no such bugs for my sword aka railgun to be dusty.

 

Call on cedric or the developer king of this game. I need it fix asap i repeat fix asap. Its no order or command.

I repeat its a game bug to be fix asap.

 

Idc abt game lag or anything. It was never happening to me untill 2 days ago. Please dear mod/admins/developers fix it asap.

 

And i need no excuses like its a server lag.

Your battle score is now what powers your reward at the end of a battle. EXP is not the same as Battle score anymore - Meaning that 320 earned is not the same amount of EXP you earned. You earned 130 EXP points as stated in your mission. This was explained in the v-log right before MM came out, and it was explained in this topic: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=372826

Also i have noted that Rico & Twins suffers less from this no dmg

Almost 95% shots do damage

But when the server lags , no dmg and i stop shooting and start again it is fixed most time

On my lower account Magnum also suffers this terrible no damage problem. Basically every turret you use suffers this also noted that Rico and Twins don't as much.

Those issues have been reported already a couple of times and the developers are on them.

The troublesome thing about the "no damage" bug is that it can not be linked to a certain trigger action (like "each time after a self destruct I do not deal damage any more"). So the bug simply comes out of a sudden, and noone can tell which actions in advance have triggered it. Such things are incredible hard to trace and find and to be corrected.

As said, developers are on it.

any balance changes ? i dont know why but in the past 3 days i felt like .... thunder become a bit stronger ? even when im equipping a protection against it ?

ill kms if tanki done a re-balance with out buffing my fav gun ( u know it) 

note: i noticed the mods deleteing my comments and when i ask them they delete the comment im asking them why they have deleted my comment .

Thunder hasn't change, and Tanki wouldn't have a re-balance change without letting us know. (I hope).

Although by the update with XT skins recently, there is a bug when using protection modules (by the looks of most comments, and I'm pretty sure I've seen it been reported).

 

I'm not a forum mod or helper of the game, but I've seen past comments and by studying I'm pretty sure moderator's aren't permitted to talk about moderation in public, you should contact their Admin via PM.

This glitch started today, yesterday i have created a new account, today i have tried to log in it, but the client keeps loading (Check the 1st pic). But when i join my acc "Zak" the client loads fast, that means that the bug is working only in small accs, and btw i was thinking that my connection is slow or something like that, but a random guy sented me a PM asking me for help (Check 2nd pic).

been in a battle with players still lagging .. but new issue is battle counter not counting kills when done. it stopped at say 18 timer was about 4 minutes still on it and we continued to kill or be killed and then restarted in the last minute of battle for final count to be only at 22

Seems to me that each message is pointing to some object the game couldn't successfully fetch as well as some stuff about Premium, Tank Protections, etc.
