Clearing your cache should fix that.

Strange as clearing your cache should have fixed it immediately, double check that you cleared it properly.

 

Perhaps its an issue with your PC, did it work on the same PC previously? Also, could you post some screenshots of the issue?

I want to report a bug, It could be a bug, but it has to do with juggernaut. I have noticed that the first juggernaut in each battle, always ends up being the same people. I find this to be really unfair.

Not a bug, those players are just particularly good at the game. Juggernaut just goes to the person who killed the previous juggernaut. 

 

The only exception is the first Juggernaut of the battle or when the Juggernaut self-destructs, in these cases it is given out randomly.

You can take a screenshot by pressing the Alt button, then the Prnt Scr button, if you're using Windows 10, you can use the Windows button instead of the Alt button.

I got 51% discount offer on Dictator M1 hull but purchase amount is 17355 crystals. Should be less. 100% - 51% = 49% * 26700 = 13083 cyrstals.
Can this be fixed so I can purchase?

Not sure what can be done. Help desk is slow and also nothing can be changed today.

First you need to get full screen screenshot if you intent to contact helpdesk (showing date and time).

Where the other 26% or reduction comes from?

When I logged in there was a window with the offer.  Went to garage and the discount was there.  I contacted customer service to explain the problem.  Here is a full screenshot.

The quality is very low. The overall crystals value shows that it is a 35% reduction. So it is better than today's 25%. But the weird thing is why it shows 51%.

Also be aware that % do not add (especially in TO), for example 50% + 50% will not give you 100% but a 75% in total.

Hey no , I cannot enter battles properly since chrome update...
So I cannot play anymore.

When I enter a battle either the screen is grey and i only see the flags icones, or I happened to see the battle but my tank did not have a turret and the page lagged and died 

sometimes i see just the shadow of my tank as well

Let me help you understand how that price was calculated:
You have two separate discounts, 25% off because of the star week and a 35% personal discount on dictator.
That totals to 1 - (1 - 0.25)*(1 - 0.35) = 0.5125. Since the discount percentage is shown without decimals in TO, that equals to 51%. However, the crystal amount is calculated without rounding off the discount somewhere in between. That means you only have to pay 48,75% of the total price, not 49%.

Your best bet to avoid such issues is to play via standalone flash player.

After talking with Ninja the great, he wisely suggested to reload and refresh the cache. The muing system need regular refreshing. So next time try it (if it happens again), because there is no way that TO repaired it during the night.

I've got a little silly bug to report here - Vulcan is clearly bugged because the overheating takes a lot of damage and it should not be like this. The overheating was clearly a bug before and was meant to be fixed but the developers decided to implement an unknown "bug" to the game. 

 

It's a silly bug, fix it.
