Can't open the garage, can't join a battle. Everything was fine before the restart. Is it just me??? I just want to open my 4 containers before leaving. But it's not possible...

 

Can't open the game on mobile, even with the 4g+.

2 hours later and still the same problem. Sometimes I join a battle, but I do not spawn and I am removed for inactivity. I see some players posting the same issue on main chat. But when I join a battle, all players are fine and play like usual.

 

What happened? I did nothing, it was perfect before the restart, weird.

 

Edit: tried an alt and the game works perfectly. Tried again my main, same issue.

Okay, I  have an issue, after the server update, I am unable to access my garage at all. I feel like there's an error somewhere because I've tried on chrome, firefox, and the official client. I am also able to access it just fine on PlazmaKG (My other account). I'm not sure what's going on, Thanks for who ever responds! :)

I am also unable to join any battles. It either

A ) "Loads" for ever until i'm kicked for being in active

or

B )It loads then errors right when I join the battle

 

I've rebooted my pc, Wiped my cache, everything and nothing seems to work D:

 

edit: I tried loading my garage and a battle on my laptop instead of my gaming pc, Works fine on PlazmaKG, not on UltopixKG, please help! D:

I just played a CP match on Sandal and I dont know if it was a hack or bug, but with my Smoky I damaged if all the opponent had Double Armor on (it was not) and I died very often without any hit or running over a mine. What was that?

 ok a lot of problems today ,,,,,,no battles ....loading all the time ,but i think that the basic problem is that

the players dont care about that ,except 4 - 5 that took a screenshoot ,or say something about it here

in forum.the same problem i had with the chrome upgrade one week before and i feel that nothing happens if

i dont send a mail to tanki admins and take there a solution !

hey no , I cannot enter battles properly since chrome update...
So I cannot play anymore.

Sure you actually cleared your cache? Describe exactly what you did.

Still not fixed. Why can I play with an alt and not my main?

Runes is the problem.

 

I was able to open garage on Mobile, I changed my paint and now it's perfect, I can play on Client.

If it is the runes paint how Can I change my paint because I don't have the mobile client. If it is the runes paint than that is in fact my problem because I have it equipped.

 

I'm a little irritated since I stated this earlier, and no one responded to it, but to things after it, like why?

It's not that the moderators don't want to deal with it, they simply are not able to fix such things. All they can do is forward the issues and direct players to the help site where there are several solutions available to common problems. In this specific case the help site didn't offer any working solutions as it was something that needed to be fixed from within TO itself.

Not a bug or glitch, there are always lots of people waiting for the event link to be posted and the battle gets filled in seconds. You need to get there earlier than everyone else to get in as there are limited spaces per map.

Well, merge this to the right topic.
I'm being shot by Strikers, without them dealing any damage on my tank, randomly. It happens since some time ago. Dev needs to look into this and test it right. We can't talk about lag I guess, since my tank is clearly even moving because of the impact Strikers causes on it. I doubt the damage caused can be so small that the health bar stays the same while my tank shaking at the impact. I wear no striker protection, happens regardless I have or no any activated supplies and on a random basis, but quite often taking into account that Striker is not a predominant turret in game, but is pretty annoying I guess for the strikers owners. This occurs around wo1 - wo4 ranks.

Every time I try to join a battle, this happens. My internet speed is very good and laptop working as well, so problem isn't on my side I guess

 

 

 

 

try to clear the cache, i had the same problem and it solved it

Not a bug or glitch, there are always lots of people using auto clicker and the battle gets filled in half a second.

I could fix this but I don't have the .xml with all the spawns in it.
