Hornet's overdrive is activated (from our team) and if I die I can't see enemies health bar anymore even if I am close to them. Please fix

I was just sent to the HTML 5 version of the game. I quickly fount the following problems:

 

1. I can't join PRO battles without a pass, even when I belong to a clan (so I am used to join PRO battles without a pass).

 

2. My graphics settings were changed (I have disabled fog, it reverted to on).

 

3. My control settings were changed (I have set key 9 to drop gold boxes, it reverted to 6).

 

4. A third of FPS than on flash version (I tweaked graphics to minimum but FPS drops form 60 to 20 in heated moments of the battle).

 

5. Slight worse graphics quality than flash version (specially translucent things).

 

6. Text is slightly smaller and not sharp enough, it looks blurred and barely legible (both on game and lobby).

 

7. I can't revert to flash version to play, it keeps sending me to HTML 5  :( (and no, clearing cookies does not work).

 

Really amazing job from devs, kudos to them. Almost ready!

I'll take a guess and say that it sorts the players in order of rank from the highest to the lowest. 

 

Looking at the Wiki page for the clan system, it does appear to be listed in that order.

Anyways few bugs with html5:

 

1. If I press Q or E simultaneously right when I am about to die, the camera gets stuck in one position and I can only get out of it if I press q or e again a few times. This is very annoying in the middle of a battle.

 

2. Not a bug but there is no /blocklist comand for chat which is a problem for ppl like me.

 

3. I don't know WHAT causes this but my fps never go above 20 even on minimum graphic settings. While on client i get 35-40.

 

4. A really annoying one but whenever lots of things happen example gold dropping or many overdrives activated... the screen goes black for a second and then a white page... causing me to reload. I'll add a picture later, on phone right now.

lol i am getting 59 fps on a blank screen... and that dead face on the top left corner right below my xp bar, that definitely means html5 crashed lol

 

5. I can't see people's clan profile menu, or is that not a thing yet?

 

6. Keys reset to what they were before I changed them after server restart. Only happens sometimes.

 

7. I get random FPS drop rates down to almost 1 fps when I shoot. Happens rarely but is so annoying.

 

8. The FPS and PING displays are not accurate or up to time. When I feel like I am playing on 20 fps, the game shows 5 fps. Also when I join a game, I am playing normally but it shows that I only have 2-5 fps, it takes a while to change.

 

9. When you kill some1, you can't really tell if you killed them unless you look at the top right corner to see who killed the tank and this is because like in flash or client, you get some red numbers appearing if you kill someone  but that doesn't happen in html5, only white colored hit points show up even if you kill the player.

 

10. I can't change the positions of my clan mates even though i am commander. or maybe this feature has not been added yet.

 

11. This sort of weird glitch happens when i try to buy supplies and then I come back to the turrets or hulls page in garage.

 

 

 

 

 

12. Chrome crashed, i reopened chrome to see my tank look like this:

 

 

 

13. Idk what causes this but sometimes if I get too close to a tank, their turret goes spinning like crazy as if they have some turret hack. Or maybe they do.  :ph34r:

 

also the camera is WAY slower to follow your tank on html5 than on flash. It seems as if on fast hulls like wasp or hornet, I am watching a video recorded from spectator and this is very annoying.

Downloaded version is VERY UNSTABLE.  It just jams the whole PC.  I've done two reboots in last 15 mins and same had been the issue the last two or four weeks.

It seems like I'm chosen to be a test person for HTML5. I wonder if there are more players and where to file my bugs / broken things and other stuff!

 

The game is starting way quicker, that's a big pro, also the graphics are better.

 

But yet:

 

- g isn't redirecting to garage in game

- while in garage double click to change gear isn't working

- Right shift isn't activating the overdrive

- Shaft is not smooth. It seems when in scope mode and horizontal, it is way more sensitive. It is rather hard to aim for a little touch up or down it seems to move 10 degrees more that usual.

- More lagging ingame, especially on new maps. After playing a map more then twice it seems to be better

- No option to return to Flash. 

 

Anyhow.

 

This might not be the right place to ask, please mod put it on a better place!

Does anyone else have the issue of not being able to adjust players position in the clan in HTML5 mode?

 

A lot of other things too such as:

 

The game is always loading on HTML5. It has many bugs. I can't adjust positions in my clan, garage takes forever to load, and my friends list won't show up. There's a lot of other things as well but too much to explain here.

 

Already tried clearing cookies and cache. Any solutions?

IDK... just hope Alternativa patch those bugs up...

Thank you. Tanki has not been playing in Flash mode for me either, so I find it annoying. I have one of my clan members that cleared his history and cookies, and that seemed to work. Try that :)

I found a workaround: Install any User-Agent switcher extension to your browser and set the User-Agent to anything else that works (I had success with Firefox 33 for Windows, but anything will do it).

 

Or use the client.

On top of the already reported bugs in HTML5 I found two others:

 

- You cannot see alterations of team members nor opponents while pressing v

- In rugby you cannot see which team is in possession of the ball
