I don't know if this has been reported already or if this qualifies as a bug but in the ratings.tankionline.com page it shows that I do not have two achievements that I had previously, and that I should still have. Since i can't link pics I'll just link the page: https://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/IS_EPIC

Hey, This happened around the time when the modification system was rolled in the game, Achievements will most likely be removed.

I don't think anybody would want to check anyone's clan description when they're busy in a battle.

Turns out the ' be in the winning team in 20 assault battles' did not account for my progress. Other missions for '200 OD' and my daily missions for assault mode have shown the progress. There was a mistake in the announcement. You actually have to win 20 times in Siege, not Assault.

It could be used as a weapon   For example I am losing a 1v1 and I tell the opponent to check the clan desc, and he does. And then he gets lagged out of the game

unfortunately no moderators came to help me, but that's no problem. These guys who proposed to help me, lead me to believe that they are "aspiring to moderation" ... I interpreted it as if they were making fun of my complaint, or at the very least, they weren't taking me seriously.

the only thing I ask is to take players more seriously. If complaints are being made, it is because, in fact, something must be wrong. Example: complaints about players who use cheating; every day I hear such complaints, whether in battle or in chat. Give your players more value!

people are permanently bugged in the battle. They are not automatically removed for inactivity. The players are like bundles waiting for the vacant seat to be occupied. But this place is occupied by a ghost!

This is mainly happening in Kohloz sniping between the two mounds. And Kungur sniping from the treeline at Blue.

Yeah, this is really annoying. Any shot that is aimed in the general vicinity of a roof or a tank wreck (terrain feature) either doesn't register on an enemy tank or somehow hits the  object without leaving a mark. This is annoying because you can make really precise shots between walls but roofs and tank wrecks have a much larger hit box than they should.

EDITS (just going to list the ones I have find so I can vent)

Rio map - trees on the beach make it literally impossible to target tanks on the roof, whilst they don't have this issue. Makes the assault mode rather difficult if you cannot defend yourself and all approaches to the ramps are deep in the enemy spawn zone.

To be honest, I get it. But it would be so much less frustrating if this could be fixed so the hit box actually represented the shape of the obstacle.
