Weird, i havent got disconnected from the game, Maybe it is a glitch because of me mistakely keeping the client on and doing other work

yeah. I closed the client, and reopened it , now it is saying "cant connect to balancer" sooo.

We are aware that the servers are down at the moment. This was very unexpected indeed! Expected downtime is a few hours. Your patience is advised. As far as questions regarding a compensation for the time wasted, well nothing can be said at the moment. If there are any updates, we will inform you guys.

This month server issue occurred so many times. Hope that we can complete our missions with the help of some advantage.

They are going to give an extrsa day of premium when I am missing half the day of completing the stars.

Hope it gets fixed soon. 

This has been happening a lot these days. Did the developers find the reason of the last times server crash ?

Pretty true. I really wanted to complete the battle points missions for 7 ultra containers. But I dont think they are going to give it. Even if they give Ultra containers its going to be like 1 containers and your going to get Mines or speed boost from it.

looks like a database server error. that's quite serious. I've given up trying to complete the 100K matchpoints mission. Its already a stretch and impossible to complete in time for me.

If they had secondary servers setup, all resources would failover to the standby servers once the primary servers were flagged as down. If they did have this setup, then maybe it was a power hit, taking everything down.

1.15 hours tops changed to now a few hours - that can mean up to 4-5hrs which is about right to fix a database server error.

Even for a power hit, power redundancy is typically built in. Standby generator? For a game this size, it should be justifiable. Unless its a game hosted in a third world country.

its looks like it bruh...=p in fact, database error. if you don't do it properly, it will be worse. Your completed missions, crystals earned, goldboxes caught in the last 1hr could be reset. In the last server recovery on wed, all my done missions were reset.

My friend, there is no room in Hazel Rah's garage for secondary servers! It barely fits the only server Tanki has! That's also the reason for the severe lag we are seen and the high pings. The village in the 3rd world country where the garage is located has limited bandwidth.  As far as solving this problem, it will take a while to gather the "developers" since they are scattered in the fields performing their primary tasks of feeding the goats and the chickens.

Yeah but it would be the ultimate stupidity to have the primary and secondary servers in the same location! Besides do you really think that Tanki are that smart to have secondary servers?
