I am playing this game with my miniclip account....but now i cant log in with tankionline.com so i started a new one with this website to report this.....plz do something bcz my other account is good and i want to play with it....so plz fix this

So what your saying is that you have a tank that works fine on mini clips, but for some reason you can't play it on the normal website...?

You have either been ban for something, or your rank is too low to use the chat I don't know which. Try to reach a rank like sergeant if the timer still persist than you have been ban. Probably for asking another player what his/her password is, flooding (typing in caps) or swearing any of these could very likely be the problem! :(

The glitch with Kills not being registered is back again!

Try taking down your total xp number (found in the top left of the xp bar) on a piece of paper. Than make a few kills. close the game than reopen it take down the amount of xp and see if the number changed.  If it did change than the problem is most likely due to lag, you can out more about lag in the wiki.

The server must be full or none existent remember they removed a bunch servers so that people would create more battle on one server. if the server is full but you have friends on it have one of them invite you. It is usually possible to squeeze in a couple more people that way. ;)

i had 15000 crystals i had left the game open then i saw a an error server connection prob

lem when i reopened the game i had only 14 crystals i request tanki to give me my crystals back please please i was saving them for m1 but now i lost them i want my crystals back i earned them very hardly

Send your request to help@tankionline.com and they may solve your problem.

The server links was changed so try to choose your server in the home page or Just use the server switcher tool and also check the server Link That You entered.

If u started playing tanki from miniclip using a miniclip account then Just keep playing it from there, there's no solution for your problem

My bug is very huge now and i dont know why.

My pc has RAm 4 GB and my internet speed is 2 MG and i have bug i can not kill the enemy i try to make the window slower i try all other browser still same problem can you help me

No, it happens to all servers, doesn't matter how crowded it is.

Have you tried emptying your regular cache recently? If so how about the game cache? Also don't get upset this issue can (in theory) be resolved, especially if you have played from the computer, in question, before! :)

Than you are in the wrong section . since you are so insistent that no one here can help you, you should email the help hotline here: help@tankionline.com. I personally feel that your problem is not a bug or glitch because no one else has had the same problem. My guess is that they will tell you exactly what I told you. Also you will need to speak much more civilly to them.

Well I honestly have to admit you caught me being sarcastic. Its not a pit that I often fall into, (at least I hope not) but I did and I am sorry.

 

I would say that since nobody else in this section seems to be experiencing this problem, the problem lies with his computer not the game server. After seeing his comment sitting there for a while I took pity on him and began to throw him some of the most common solutions. Unfortunately he was adamant that nothing would help. Therefore, I sent him the email address to the tanki hotline and said my goodbyes. I am not trying to justify myself but rather to pass the problem off to you since he may have a rank complex. Since you have a higher rank then him you may be able to help him out!

I am definitely 100% sure it's a bug and I am in the correct section, so please stop suggesting solutions to people's problems that might be a real bug which developers need to check.

i have the same bug and some other players have, i yet posted but no one answered ... the only thing we can do for now is clean up cache and cookie, but anyway this is a temporary solution (the bug will come back in a few hours even cleaning up)

i'm fed up of this freaking bug with no solutions nor fixing or something.. i'm about to leave the game...

i was given a load of supplies now my tank will not respond to commands.. i cannot play at all.. i get killed alot and it goes into battles but i cannot move.. i logout and in again and sometimes it will work until i get a foulplay disconnect.. i dont do any foul play!! dont possess the tech to do any folks!! and i wouldnt anyway... after several attempts the windows site gives me a error message saying there is a problem with the website and it cannot be restored..it was fine when i played in spain and when i returned to america it has done this since...i had my son try it in spain and it works just doing it here...when i hit the space bar it scrolls down and either the letter or arrow keys do nothing... i also have to log out and back in for just changing any battle on the same server.. what is going on? i love this game but now i cant play it.. not happy.. thanks.. please find a solution for this
