While banned on the chat, you can write but no one else but you sees it. It's not a glitch, you are still banned.

Best you can do is to write to Help Desk, in this case no one else can help you other than the Help desk or the support team since Administrators cannot block/unblock accounts. Anyway, they do reply to emails but now they changed the system a little bit so using the forms is actually easier and better than sending emails to them so try using the form given in here. Let me post this again:

WHEN are the main issues with Tanki online going to be solved? I'm talking about the Battle Errors, the Extreme LAG at start up of every newly joined match, the merge of RU and EN servers?

Scrolling back through this Tanki forum it seems that battle errors and LAG have been MAJOR issues with tanki for years and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SOLVED despite many remarks throughout the years that developers are working on it.

 

To be very clear again. I am not asking how nor am i waiting for any explanations of your lack of input, I am asking WHEN are these ussues going to be solved.

 

By the way, an answer like: "We are not going to solve any of these issues, we just keep on cashing in on young gamers spending money on supplies and fancy coloured tank hulls because we don't care at all" is an answer. I just would be very disappointed if that is the real answer or cause of the lack of any response to my previous posts.

Sorry. You are quite correct. But you left out annoying problems created every time something is added to the game. They are getting paid and can ignore you, unless you prefer they lie to you like the Critical Error Fix. (still happens, fix created more glitches)

I would like to keep playing but they have reached my IPTL - Incompetent Programming Tolerance Limit.

Maybe someone smarter could salvage Tanki, but they have too much invested in it to admit they've flawed it beyond recovery.

Try removing Chrome, then re-install it.

 

PS: Chrome crashing can be caused by too many add-ons so first try your new Chrome install with just the default add-ons to see if it runs okay. If it does, resist the temptation to add any more than just a couple, and re-test Chrome after doing so if you ever have any add-ons.

It's not a crash. Which Chrome version do you have?

 

Seems that Chrome starting from v59 freezes background Flash processes and Tanki sometimes cannot "wake up" when switched on back. But devte is the first user (after me) who has experienced the same problem.

Are you a paid employee of Tanki or a Crystal paid Admin (player) anyway? If so, you should know what "the entire team" is doing and better not post it here because what they are doing is probably not suitable for underaged kids eyes.

Tanki if you care at all, tell us WHEN - and yes, that requires a DATE - these issues will be solved.

You're welcome. I understand your disappointment since from the outside it appears that developers aren't doing alot to remove errors, reduce lags and making the game more pleasant to play. Look into it deeper and watch the vlogs, livestream and comments around the forum and you see that they really are trying to improve the game. 

 

For example, these are the biggest issues that most people have ruining thier experience: lags, glitches and being kicked from battles unfairly. Much of this is hopefully set to be sorted out by HTML5 which believe it or not developers have been working on since 2015 when they first hinted about it in a vlog, moving an entire game is no small task and during the period when they're moving it has made some players believe that devs don't care, which is absolutely not true, believe me; if I thought they didn't care I wouldn't be sitting here explaining the situation to you. 

 

FYI: This game has over 50 Million registered accounts including alts and inactive accounts, I have no idea about Tanki's revenue but based on the amount of players I would think it is a multi-million dollar company.

When I join any Battle, I must self-destruct or to be destroyed by other player tanks, because my weapons shoot, but don't deal any damage to the other tanks, but after I self-destruct or being destroyed, my weapons are working and the battle is going really well until the end of it.

 

*My weapons don't work only once in a battle (after I join).

Greetings, here is my opinion:

 

The transform from Flash to HTML5 takes much time - why? As Cedric said in the livestream, they not just copy-paste the game as it is, but actually rewrite, repair, simplify it. They didn't know years ago what they'll want to implement - so some updates may not flawlessly fit the existing game, or vice versa. This is where bugs occur. Reworking the game alongside the platform change will make the gaming experience way better.
