@Monday8, just enlarge your screen, then make it small again. Should solve the problem :)

 

Also, I found no RK drops in Pass CP. Is that a glitch? Cyborg thinks no but not sure.

There are no Repair Kits drops on any map if it set to CP mode as far as I know.

How come when I post something negative here I get banned from chat and posting for 24 hours without having used any faul language? And why does it take forever when I want to post a screenshot here? After saving it it keeps on reading "Saving post..."

Guys I have a big problem. For the weekend I captured 10 flags and the reward was 2400 crystals but I didn't claim the reward because I"m traveling and for missions I want to claim one every day. I logged in right now and the misison is gone. I checked my crystals to see if the game automatically claimed it but it didn't. I just lost 2 hours of capturing flags and 2400 crystals! ANy help?

Unfortunately for you the system do not keep special event mission once the events is finished.

You need to claim it before the event ends or change the mission if you know that you will not be able to finish it.

Next time make sure you claim the special one one and keep a standard one for the next day.

What? So 3 hours of hard work wasted? I can't even get like 2400 crystals inserted into my account? Because how was I supposed to know?

No, you are not supposed to know, that's part of the problem with customized mission and customized stuff with tanki, nobody knows what to expect so you would always play safe and claim asap.

Someone asked the same question on Sunday, but nobody could answered him. After what you posted it became apparent that what happen to you would be the standard. I knew that unfinished special event mission were removed after event, but I didn't know what would happen if the mission was completed and not claimed. Now we know.

 

If this is a bug, then TO is likely to fixed it. But if it is part of the system process, then it will stay like that.

Hopefully a forum mod will pass on this issue to the dev.

not sure what just happened .. i went on line for the first time on my Evil-Woman account and i saw three missions, but when i went to battle one of the missions was removed ?

 

the one missing is the one for 30 cp for  XX amount of drugs when completed.. is this one still in the system from the weekend ? I know on the other two legend account it was removed on Monday ? or was it..

ok this happened again on 24-carrot ? this time took photo before and after ..also on l3y1ord  account i had a mission which was only 150 exp but when i went to do it i only got 6 kills and mission was completed ?

I'm sorry, this is not in my remit to do that. I don't have access/contact with devs. A forum mod in charge of this section will probably do.

All right, can you contact him and show him the problem.

As explained above you should have claimed your mission, unfortunately not much can be done about it, but next time you will know what to do.

Please can I have the reward though, please adding 2400 crystals to my account isn't big for devs. Please my hours can't go to waste. Please. Demote me to WO2 or something- my hours can't go to waste.

During those hours you spent, you earned experience points. Demoting you to a lower rank would waste those experience points, thus wasting those hours also. Unfortunately, you will not receive the crystals because it was stated in the announcement topic that you had to claim the mission before the event was over and it was your own choice not to claim the mission yet, it was not a bug or anything.

What I can do for you is pass on the message that they should not remove completed holiday/celebration missions once the event is over. There are no guarantees that they will change that though.

So I finished my missions right after the server update, then all of a sudden i went to EU7 and had new missions.. I know that this isn't the place for that but the site help replies so late and i have no idea why did they close the bugs reports. But why did I have missions again?

your not the only one having issues with it , yesterday received mission for 30 cp and I went to a battle and came out with in a few minutes and it was removed.. not sure what is happening with it . i have a mod looking into mine

I hope they fix these bugs because it might remain missions for someone who didn't notice getting it twice

Today when I logged in my mission chain was completed and not a single mission was touched. I only had about 197k crystals yesterday but when I logged in today it was 207k. What is this glitch? Whatever it is I love it :D

I get more missions after the initial ones, sometimes, but it's more rewards so i dont complain. not sure why you are.

Seems like there has been a bit of complains or issues about the missions lately whether it is disappearing, being doubled or simply finishing themselves without the player doing them at all. Will forward the message, thanks for letting us know.

 

The Problem and Solution section is moved to the Help Site, but the Bugs and Glitches is still on the Forum so if you see any bugs, feel free to report them in there since it is still open. :)

Was those 2 missions that disappeared from the special missions from that event? Those missions needed to be claimed before the event was over which is why they disappeared from many players.

 

 


 

 


You completed yesterday's missions all 3 of them, claimed them and waited for tomorrow's missions and when you logged in, you didn't seen any new missions at all and you also remember the exact crystals you had before you logged out yesterday?

 

Edit:   There's been an issue with missions disappearing this morning. It should be solved now, if you still counter it, , please notify it in here.
