The Shop in the Steam version of the game was disabled a few days ago. You should use browser or client versions in order to purchase goods from the Shop.

Will it  ever be fixed as all my funds are in steam

I've noticed this many times in battles and it's that freeze stops dealing damage if your tank is pushing or right next to the opponent's tank 

 

So let's say I am freeze circling around a mammoth near the edge of the map and I have to cram in very close to the mammoth in order to not fall off the map or to squeeze between the mammoth and wall. My freeze will continue to shoot, it's just that it stops dealing any damage at all. I have to take a step back for it to start dealing damage again. 

 

At first I thought I was lagging once I get close to an enemy but I retain my ability to control a point, hold a flag, take a supply box, or damage other enemies I am not crammed against. 

 

I dunno if this happens with other players or firebird, too, but please, I think there is something wrong.

After the restart on Jan 26 there are no battles.  No Battle list or anyway to access the battle button for individual modes....glitch.

 

 

There is no way to join or create any kind of battle.

 

 

Is there no one that works at Tanki in the early mornings?  These problems always seem to happen right after restart and don't get fixed for a couple of hours when someone finally notices a problem and restarts the servers again.

 

I can join the Latin servers and there is no problem joining a battle but the English and Russian servers have no way to access a battle.  It's been an hour and a half with no response or input of any kind...lease help.

 

I found a work-around, but it shows there must be some sort of glitch on Tanki En code/servers.  I started a new account which brings up the battle modes menu automatically...you can't access the battle list at low level accounts.  I then closed the browser and re-opened it with this account, ByeByBye.  the Battle Mode Menu was still there.  I could join a random battle of any mode but if I click the "Battle List" icon I go to a screen where I can see chat, access my garage, but there is nobattle list or any way to get back to the Battle Mode menu.

 

I am using Chrome.  I hope this gets some attention and gets fixed soon.  Other users seem to be able to join battles, but I can't.

Oh yeah I mean I don't play with isida much but I notice when ppl attck me with ther isida it sometimes dont do damege to MY tank for few secondsz

16 hours and absolutely no input about this glitch?  Nothing?  Is this post invisible?  The situation is still going on.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Does Tanki know there is a problem?  Is there something I might try on my end to hlep with this?  Help?  Acknowledgement?

So far, you're the only one to report this issue. What have you done to try and solve the problem?

Also, are you unable to load the battle list also when you click on a battle someone from your friends list is playing in?

I uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it.  The thing that makes me almost sure it is on Tanki's end is that I can log into the Latin servers and they are fine.  Only the English and Russian servers have this problem....I don't see how it could possibly be on my end based on this one fact.

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? This can sometimes be the main culprit, to clear the cache use CCleaner or do it manually from with chrome's settings

After leaving a private battle to switch equipment or the like, you cannot rejoin, and when invited, the battle will not show up until you join another battle.

I have been using Tanki HTML5 for about a month now.

During that time span, I discovered multiple glitches in its interface, but I was able to solve them.

Also, I listed some issues that are not glitches, but are anomalies, and some issues I have discovered, but haven’t found a solution to yet.

 

Here’s a list of the problems I managed to fix using simple methods;

 

1. When pressing “Tab”, the battle statistics won’t pop up.

Simple, just click on the missions icon, than close the missions window. Press tab, and see detailed statistics!

 

2. Pressing “Enter”, won’t open the battle chat.

Just do the same thing you did for number 1.

 

3. Overdrive does not work.

I solved this by changing going to settings and changing the overdrive button, waiting a few minutes, than changed it back.

 

4. Lag causes the screen to freeze.

I noticed that this mostly happens when I am jumping down from a point on the map to a lower point. Therefore, the most effective way to prevent this is to keep your tank on the ground. If the problem persists, stick to the old-school method; refresh.

 

5. You don’t seem to be dealing damage.

In flash Tanki, when you don’t deal damgae, refresh is inevitable. However, it Tanki HTML5, I have never faced the issue of no damage. But, there will be instances when you are firing at the enemy, and you don’t seem to be dealing damage, but you kill the enemy. Chances are, a tree is blocking your way, literally.

If there is a sprite in front of the enemy (tree, bush, etc), damage counters cannot be seen through that sprite in HTML5.

 

6. Friends list is “stuck”.

When scrolling down on the friends list, it will take a very long time (it seems to lag-scroll). I have currently found no solution for this, therefore, you either have to wait it out, or remove some friends to make it shorter.

 

7. Unless if you are in a clan, you cannot view a clan profile menu in HTML 5.

 

Well, that’s all I have now, I will update this if I discover any new fixes or problems.

 

If you have additional bugs, post them, and I’ll try to find a solution.

Yes, I did clean the cache and deleted all the cookies too...I even uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it.  The restart of the servers this morning fixed the problem...so it was on Tanki's side.  At least it is fixed now...thanks for your suggestion.

Not exactly sure what you mean here.

 

Have the containers in the containers which you bought dissappeared from the garage?

 

Or have the containers dissappeared from the shop so you are unable to buy them?

Hey! After this new update released "Rugby Mode" I've seen this Bug Of Missing Notifications

What I mean by that is That Even if someone takes Our Teams Flag I don't see The Notification in the Top Middle of the screen 

For Ex: Startle has taken enemy flag 

IHope You will fix this lag cause sometimes Enemy Captures The Flag and I don't even know

Since the game mode is new, expect to see some flows here and there and hopefully, they all will be fixed as soon as possible. I also did notice an error I get only when I try to join any Rugby mode battle. If you find any other ones, feel free to post them in here.

Did you try clearing the catch of whatever method you using to play TO? Since I saw some of my friends kinda having the same issue and once they cleared their catch, the problem was gone.
