Hello, I would like to report a bug in game. These days whenever i want to exit from a game, the EXIT button just won't work. Clicked on it many times still won't get out of the game. The only way to leave a game is to click on the "X" button on top right. Please fix the EXIT button, Thanks!

There is a bug since the release of the week 10 mission chains. The bug is that players are not notified about their new daily missions per 24-hours.

Teammates cause self-destruction under tank!

 

Sometimes teammates accidentally enter the bottom of my tank (Titan), cause my tank to self-destruct! This is a serious bug! Please correct this error!!!

This is because of the anti-cheat system which isn't finished or completed yet and because of it, quite a lot of players suffer from it, hopefully, it will be checked once the developers finish with the bigger issues such as the Mobile version, MMS, etc.

Since the Tanki servers were offline for a few hours about three weeks ago, I keep getting "fatal error, re-enter the game' messages about 50% of the time when trying to enter a battle on any map in any mode.  In peak play times it is much worse...maybe 4 out of 5 attempts.  When the server load is lighter or there are fewer players in a battle, I have a better than 50% success rate.

 

Before the previous server meltdown, I had very little problem and was happy with the way Tanki was running.  Now I spend as much time trying to enter battles as fighting in battles.  I am only saying something now because I figured Tanki would be on this and get it corrected, but it just keeps happening over and over.

It's a visual bug. It happens times to times. The final screen scoreboard misses the information from the sever so it just shows 0s instead. Don't worry it is only a visual bug and your crystals has been added to your account.

With the HTML5 version sometimes I can't selfdestruct and even if I remove the keys to drop Goldboxes from the list it still drops Golboxes if you hit that key.

 

Maybe browser related? 

 

I've noticed I had to re-set my options when I set keys on one browser and play on a different browser another day.

Using HTML5 after one battle my rank gets changed to Recruit and i cannot join battles. If i log out and log back in it will work again for one battle and then it will change to recruit again.

1. Detailed description of the bug, with the attached screenshots/videos: I have no screenshots. The bug has to do with using the same gift card on two tank accounts to buy things.

 

2. Sequence of action you need to perform to repeat the bug (if you know it). If the sequence is unknown or not needed, say it in your message: To make the bug do it's thing get a $100 gift card and spend $60 of it on one Tanki account and the other $40 on the 2nd. The 2nd Tanki account will get banned forever.

 

3. Your PC's specifications, details on your internet connection, your browser and its version as well as any other information that is important in your opinion: I have none of this info. The bug effected a person in my Tanki discord server who does not want to be identified. 

 

Note that the person who got effected is still banned forever and Tanki said he could not repeal it.

I wonder why bother, but anyway:

 

When will you finally fix the "ammo not working" -bug?  It is so annoying when in the heat of the good battle ammo stops working after a lag. Only way is to leave battle and often some else takes your place in the battle.  This has been issued so many times already but nothing happens.

 

As it is useless to ask you to fix the bug I only ask.

 

WHY are you not fixing this bug?

 

 

Exactly:::   Just lost a game because ammo was not working and I was carrying the flag.  Very annoying error and far more annoying is that you game devs are not answering to this question or do anything usefull.

What do your settings look like? There are two volume controls in the game, one might be off. Does sound work elsewhere, Youtube etc?

But tanki client doesn't open & rest all works...

I have an open mission right now to collected 10 DD boxes.  I was playing a game got up to 4 boxes. Collected some more but the counter was stuck on 4.  So joined a new game with the single purpose of getting a DD box. I did and the counter is still on 4.

 

So add this to the list of bugs TO will not fix.  I'll no waste anymore time reporting this but I did report it. Your move TO.
