Lately I've found that when in Rio, you can pick up a box from above, when it's still in the air. I'll add a video when I've made one, but this is what happens:

 

I see a gold box falling, and try to catch it. I get launched into the air, making me fall on the gold box, touching it as the first tank. (There were only two of us so I'm pretty sure. Yet, it didn't give it to me, but after a second or two, the other guy took it, while I stood on top of him and the gold fell through me. This only happens in Rio really, for example the Double Damage box near the blue flag. I see it fall, and jump into it while it's still in the air. In other maps, that works just fine. But in Rio, it doesn't allow me to grab the box, and when I wait until it's landed, I can't pick it up anymore either. It's not lag, my ping is perfectly fine everytime I try. It's just that you can take flying boxes in Rio.

 

I have Windows 7 with Intel Graphic Card Drivers and Intel Network Drivers, my gameplay is always smooth and fine, but this thing bothers me, because I play Rio quite a lot and already missed multipule gold boxes because of this. Could you  try to fix this?

Its not a glitch. Clear you cache and maybe change your browser.

got banned in world chat for no reason and actually i just got back to game today , the chat works just inside battles but outside is banned for 1000+  minutes here's the screenshot :- http://oi59.tinypic.com/t0283a.jpg

this is 3rd time this glitch/bug happens to me and this time it came with alot of minutes..

Hope it can be fixed as fast as possible , thx :)

It's a glitch. Please try clearing shared objects and cache.

Or you could try forwarding your Computers clock forward a few hours.

Email help@tankionline.com with screenshots. You could also email help@tankionline.com at the time when you were in the battle or PM a chat moderator to forcibly end the battle.

in this moment on server EN4 battle atra Cp has no end. it must be a 15 minutes battles but it has 0-109:0-8 instead of the remaing time. I wrote to help@tankionline 15 minutes ago with a screenshot. ticket number #1304330

 

update:

in battle chat (we have time) we discovered that each player has time remaining different

Multiple battles seem to be not working. One ended, but nothing stopped. No one could kill anyone. The others I've tried to get into just don't load. And while I can see people joining or leaving the battle, the scores don't change. Something is wrong at the moment. It seems several are experiencing it. Server reset?

I tried every day (for three days) to see if it will let me in. but, NO. it always says server under maintenance, please try another game server. But, on my other computer, it easily let's me log in? As Semyon explained in a V-Log it was said like the chance for a Gold fall is like a casino circle having 7000 things and 1 fund filled in each spot at a moment where the fund is 7000 all of them will be filled and there is a 100% chance for it to fall.

 

But in a few recent matches which I created and played from the beginning (0 fund) and even after the fund has reached 7000+ there is no gold.

 

Currently I dont have video or what so ever to prove, but many tankers have seen this and know about this, so I guess this needs to get solved.

Seems to be a "flame bug" tonight. At random  times during battles  my tank will just catch on fire during battles and burn and die when no one is firing at me and no flame tanks .    It also seems to occur after railgun hits, tank will catch on fire then too sometimes.

 

This was/is on server en-5, have talked to people said it is happening on server 1-en too.

This glitch has been happening more and more often: my tank starts to drive through powerups instead of picking them up like it's supposed to; also, none of my shots kill any tanks! They just laugh at me then kill me!

That is when you know you have bad lag. Refer to the fixes and troubleshooting guides.
