I cant equip shot effects it is not giving me the option. u do not need to be any rank and i have m1 freeze and still NO option. this is the second account it has occured and also i dont have the option to equip alterations...

Nmae of account is X_MR_PRESIDENT_X and the other is S_CLASS
Its a bug i know but still. 2 ACCOUNTS and same issue i re downloaded tanki to see if that fixed it. nope it did not. cleared cache doesnt do a thing. this is so annoying.... Pls fix this bug. i have posted pictures in the support channel in the discord server for tanki. pls get it fixed

You need to first obtain the shot effect from containers.

I have the shot effect for twins on S_CLASS and no option. I got the picture to prove. so im not lying

Unfortunately, the shot effects for M0/M1 turrets are currently not available due to a bug (which is already known to the Developers). As of now you'll just have to upgrade your M0/M1 turret to a higher modification level in order to be able to use its shot effect that you got from a container.

 

As for the alterations: different alterations have different unlock ranks, and the minimum required unlock rank out of all alterations is Master Sergeant which you haven't reached yet, thus you're not yet able to purchase them. You can find all of the information regarding alterations (their unlock ranks etc.) on their Wiki page.

Mobile App bug~

While I'm playing on the browser version of tanki and I get a notification from the tanki app I will crash.
    Example 1- I was playing a battle and crashed looked on my phone and got a notification from the tanki app at that time. "Theres only 7 days left to complete challenges!"
    Example 2- I decided to upgrade a few of my turrets once they got done I would get a notification from the tanki app that will cause me to crash on browser version, "Isidia is waiting in your garage!" something like that, "Server connection closed".

Devs are aware of this bug ~ a temporary solution is to disable in-game sounds in the settings menu in mobile version.

Many people were complaining that as soon as they would enter a battle in mobile, they would instantly crash.

I got to know about this by looking at the app reviews in play store.

I had most of those errors on the test server 2 weeks ago with chrome, but yesterday on the test server it was 90% solved. I need to try tonight the real thing to compare.

Yes, there is a place, but it is very hard to find. I stumbled upon it after it was mentioned in the latest Vlog.

Yes, HTML5 is too glitchy for reasonable play.

 

I can't get it to even try to load in IE. It loads in Edge but never gets past the "loading" screen.

 

Chrome works, but god-aweful. Opera is based on Chrome, so it works, but with extra annoyances like permission-requests during play. Firefox is supposed to be most HTML5 compliant, but many graphics didn't work, and frame rate was too low to play and ping too high.

 

R-key doesn't work. G-key doesn't work. Etc. Not ready for prime time, but Devs say they are driving it anyway. "Better than Flash in every way." We shall see.

 

It seems likely one's computer matters as much as which browser. I'm using Win10. Who knows how much bios matters.

is anyone experiencing sever ping problems today (specifically it spiking and normal spiking and normal)? and getting disconnected from server every 5 minutes?

 

i also get this error message : the server you are trying to connect is temporarily unavailable, please try again later

Since December I changed the Use Gold Boxes from 5 to 9, because the default 6 button led me to inadvertently drop GBs in battle instead of a mine.

Yesterday somehow it reverted back to the default 6 even though I hadn't been in the Settings menu since December.

 

Then today the Settings panel managed to automatically delete the PgUp button for View Up.

Hello, did you clean your Clients/Browsers cache?

Cleaning the cache resets all your personal settings and all players on your block list.
