That error sometimes happens when you have some invisible images in your post, next time it happens click the little light switch icon in the top left corner of the editing dialogue and see of there is any invisible images links.

What's this? Rank is Recruit iso Legend2?  :o  But I can't play any Pro Battles because of this. I have to restart Tanki, and hope the rank is correct,  before I can enter Pro Battles.

I would like to report that whenever i exited or quit a battle, my rank would change to 'Recruit'. So, i have to re- log in in order to attain my normal rank again.

 

Please help.

The bug has been reported to the developers and they are working on solving it, for now you have 2 solutions:

• Refresh your game to get your rank back so you can play.
• Use the flash version or downloadable client as this bug appears in HTML 5 version only.

Hey, I have already replied you on HelpSite: 

 

You will be gaining 10 XP per enemy you kill in DM mode and Team Matches. However, it will visually add 15 XP in your Battle Score in Team Matches only. And also, if you and several allies are shooting the same enemy and someone else kills the enemy, you will get fixed 5 XP doesn't matter how much damage you dealt. 

 

It does not matter in which rank you are. This system is same for all ranks.

 

The information written in Wiki is incorrect and have been reported.

This is something I've noticed many a times, when I rank up and after exiting from battle I get a prompt with the alterations/modifications I can purchase at this new rank. When I click on any item the garage loads but the contents of the garage doesn't load an the text is also all merged.

This is a known issue which has been reported, in the meantime I'd suggest you keep using the Flash version until the HTML5 version improves.

Another thing with the HTML5 version(I think), the undead tanker. What happens is that even though I am killed, I am can still operate my tank, without dealing damage. The only solution, refresh the page. Secondarily, when I do refresh the page the kills counter at the bottom right stopped updating. See images below.

The join game times have massively increased lately. I have to try to jopin 4 or 5 times as I am always getting timed out. I have a 100mbs fibre internet connection and pay to be a member. But the time I have to wait to join a game is gettind rediculous!! I will not be renewing my membership when oit runs out and will be trying War Thunder instead. The waiting times are truly stupid now and the game is treating paying members like sh*t!

The TOViewers (Part of TTT) for me is not working. I run the adobe flash player for any viewer and a frozen window pops up. I click once, it goes total black, I click another time, it goes total white and doesn't respond forever. I tried a lot of ways trying to fix this. I restarted my pc, downloaded it again, waited for 10 minutes, and then tried again the next day (today) but it still doesn't work. 2 days ago, it was working perfectly fine. How do I fix this?

Usually clearing your client cache is solving this issue, you can find the way to do it here "How to clean Tanki Online clients cache".

ok been having issues with this problem for a long time. and its not my system or cache to be cleared , we just changed it all over last month.

 

1) is when ever i go to send a gift to a player / I have to write the message first then add players name. now if I do it the other way my system will NOT allow it to happen. what it do's is gives me a black message when i go to type it in.

 

2 ) not sure if others are having this issue. but in Iran on top of one of the building . the other day I found my tank receiving the OD way faster then normal , seeing I just started the battle.

 

3) this also has been a on going issue. in firefox I can only have one account entered into my system and the others will not be allowed to add it also blocks my writing the account names and pass words. newly update just last month .

Forever loading in Assault mode ... please fix, i can't play many battles in row! I tried to play in flash, browser and client but nothing. This bug is very very old in this mode only!  :(

had this happen today.. was in a MM battle and the re-enter battle popped up . I decided not to leave and placed myself on Pulse . the battle continued to be on going but tank would not function. I even hit OD worked but not my tank. in order to be in the battle I would have to leave and then return . taking a chance of loosing stars and battle score.
