After today's update in the Mobile version, I stay in the battle even after it ends. The battle score list doesn't appear and I have to exit the battle from the options on the battle screen. This happens absolutely everytime, whether the battle ends due to the timer or not.

Do you also have problems switching Missions, opening Supply Containers and speeding up Micro-Upgrades there ? I have also updated the Mobile Version today and now I keep getting the message: "Video playing error. Retry later." 
I also cleared my cache and data (as the Tanki Support said so), still not working though

The video playing is working for me; that error usually occurs when no videos are available.

Game ends with now rewards, no crystals, and no stars

I have had this happen a few times.  (should have taken photos of each time, will do from now on

Getting frustrating that I am wasting supplies and time on games.

Is this the only place to raise a bug (do developers see these post and respond, or is there somewhere else to raise issues).

In this case, i think Tanki should compensate their players (clients)

Hey, this is just a visual bug but you actually still receive your stars and crystals.

I cleared all the temporary files on my phone, and I can play the ads again. Not sure if it fixed that issue or if devs fixed it, but it at least allowed me to change the mission till I get what I wanted without spending a single crystal today.

Oh yeah, I get that almost every 3rd battle I play! They will never fix this because either they have no clue how to write routines to trap errors, or they know what the problem is but have no clue on how to fix it.  I have been trying the new HTML5 and there i get often a "system error" which seems to be triggered at the end of the battle.

 

Also, I do not know if anyone else has a problem with the settings reverting to default after login out.  It is especially annoying that the music is set to full volume by default. I have changed many times but it always is set to full blast.  Same goes for the Gold Drop that I set it to Num9 instead of Num6 and it does not stay either after login out and back in again.

Do you have your browser set to clear cache on exit by any chance? This information is stored on the cache. It is not account based so if you log in on another PC/browser the settings will differ.

It's been a while since I last visited the forum and the whole thing is pretty new to me. Well, what concerns me is that my profile has been reset for some reason. It says I have 0 posts when I remember having roughly around 3000 of them. Plus I joined the forum in 2013 but it says I joined today. 

 

Wait a second. I just went to the TPA topic and clicked my name on one of the posts. It leads me to my old profile and all my posts are still there. Somehow, I have two accounts now, and I can't figure out how to login on my old.

This is a bug that happened to quite a few users. We're working on a solution now, but I'm not sure how long it will take to fix. There's a way to merge forum profiles, but I want to make sure it's done without losing any data. Please be patient
