Since Siege Mode was released, Daily Missions for low ranked players have been showing up in Siege Mode.  The problem with this is that you must be at least Rank 6 to join a Siege Battle.  In other words it is impossible to complete a Siege Mission if you are rank 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

 

This could be a very easy fix by unlocking Siege at Rank 2.  Or, you could fix the problem within the mission system and stop giving Siege missions to ranks that aren't advanced enough to enter them.

Done, even uninstalled and re-installed twice. All in vain.

Each time i open the tanki online client it says library error #2124 

I already tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the game but nothing works and this happened today when the special christmas map came out too.

Really bad timing.

Im having the same Problem too but mine is black instead and the chat is still moving and everything like that

This is an issue caused by Google play taking hours to update it's database.

 

It is easily fixed by going into Google Play's app info and choosing 'Force Stop' then opening the Play Store again: 

 

Make sure there are no updates/installations occurring while you do this.

 

This could look different on your device due to your Android version.

I forced the stop and it did not work. Apparently it is fixed now, I will check later.

It has been an issue for years, I remember the exact same thing with events in Asphalt 8 a few years ago.

Oh ok, I just recently got a phone that's powerful enough to play TO Mobile on it. So I wouldn't know about the issues that Google play has.

Still happening.   It's got to be a fairly easy fix since there is already a mechanic in place that precludes low ranks from getting RGB, ASL, or TJG missions.  Why not just add Siege to the list of omissions?  Or better yet, just unlock Siege to all ranks...easy.

Hello, I was playing on my mobile version account, username "hrishireturning". I joined a match and I was seemingly falling through the ground upon spawn and not dealing dmg at all. Please resolve. Also I recorded it, but I am mobile so I cant send it here. Can someone tell me the tanki gmail help and support link so I can send the clip

Devs should really create a new topic in "News and Announcements" each time they release a new patch note, instead of posting it only in "Web Version Patch Notes".

0 Damage bug. If you shoot an enemy you do somethimes 0 damage. Its very annoying.

And with drones you just spend your batteries for nothing. Because with booster you just do 0 damage. Fix this as fast as possible please.

Nice update for the balance. (Maybe fix the errors on the Tanki client. instead of making other updates)  When this will happen?

Not a bug. This is a new spawn protection mechanic introduced today. See Patch Update #584

The current client relies on Flash which has many unfixable errors due to being so outdated. The situation should be amended with the arrival of the new HTML5 client.
