Check the Missions / Special section in the game, rank up rewards are now there.

As @Galdar has already mentioned above, ranking up (in addition to daily Premium rewards and other festivity-related special missions) has now become a permanent special in-game mission — 'Rank Up'. Each time you'll rank up now, you'll have to manually claim the reward for it in the 'Special' tab of the missions section of the game, as it's no longer being claimed automatically. Do note that the special missions can only be accessed in the HTML5 version of the game (either on the browser or official HTML5 client), so you'll have to head over there in case you're not playing there already.

Lagging issue. Did a ping to tankionline.com and shows 420+ ms. Did a ping to Google.com and shows 40ms. Drops out to  Server restarts, lagging games etc etc etc. Was OK  this afternoon.... not so playable now. If you are having problems why not tell people a. that you are having issues and b. how long till it will be fixed. 

(Forgot to mention, 16gb ram on a high spec device, Fibre connection with a GB unlimited plan. 40 odd years IT pro experience, no its not a fault at my end.)

forgot to mention something

I found one really annoying bug.
My od is near 100%, then I get error for some reason and I have to restart the client. I do, and Luckily im still in battle and my overdrive is 0%.
So that error puts overdrive to 0% even if od isn't used b4 error.

Happened to me few times in MM and few times in parkour.

Hey, I just noticed that there is a kit for low rankers that is "All Turrets and Hulls M0" Shouldn't this be changed to "All Turrets and Hulls Mk1"? I know it''s not a bug, but I didn't know where to post.

I think I missed the memo and was confused when I didn't get my rank up rewards but now it is all cleared up. However, I still have some concerns. Isn't unfair to players like me who do not play or can't play the HTML5 version because their computer system can't support it? On top of that, I do not have an android device so I can't log on the mobile version to collect my rewards meaning I have 31,000 extra crystals that is locked away. On top of that, I have gotten 50,000 + experience in the past two days but it is not accredited to helping me reach the 100,000 experience goal in the special missions because I don't have the new client available to me? i think this is very unfair because you are not including a large number of players who do not have access to the newer version of the game whether it is HTML5 or mobile.

This bug occur at the start in almost 75% of battles, tank don't spawn. Even cleared cache. Happen with almost all players. We can't exit, have to close client.  (On Flash Client)

In the map Highways, somewhere inside the circle on the screenshot, there's a spot where you can shoot through the ground. I was able to hit a tank way behind here like that. I don't know if it happens anywhere else.

Or maybe it's garage... either way... it's stuck - AGAIN

I've only been able to load an actual battle four times all day long....all the game does is loading loading loading screen.   Getting into garage takes two or three minutes.  It's like the servers have some sort of big problem and are running incredibly slow.

 

With today's restart, things have gotten back to normal for loading, so ....never mind

Hi, that occurs due to so-called keyboard ghosting (shortly put, the inability to effectively press multiple keys at the same time resulting in a desirable output), due to your keyboard not being able to register all of the multiple pressed keys at the same time. If you've got a PC, the only real solution to this problem woud be to purchase a quality anti-ghosting keyboard if it annoys you that much, and hinders the quality of your playing experience.

Hi, this is new, It seems I cannot change my Shaft turret's alteration - Every time I try to switch in-game or in garage between matches it resets back to the previous alteration in use. The only workaround I could find was switching alteration, then switching to another turret, then play a match. Otherwise, it reverse back to previous alteration.

I can't change alterations on client. 

HTML5 is always stuck on loading. Always. In client I can rejoin a battle within 2 seconds and on HTML5 it's impossible to even join a battle.

 Alterations getting reset on their own? Magnum using Mortar, shaft using Heavy capacitor , Rail electro magnetic. New Bug/ Glitch. Even game is closed and opened many times, alterations gets Resetting on their own.

I like the Mobile Verison of the Game, however there's one bug that makes it very unenjoyable, and that's the Video Playing Error.

I'm clearing the App's cache etc., restart the game, but always get this stupid error. That way I'm literally missing out on 3000-4000 crystals per day (*), the Supply Box Container also doesn't give me the second crate, since that needs playing ads as well 

It's nice to have so many Discount Events in the game, but it sucks to hardly get anything there because you cannot earn much due to the broken Mission switch. I'd like to see something like the same ad playing infinite times if there's no alternative one, that would still be better than the status quo 

(*) I really switch all Missions until I get crystal ones, which gives 612 + 1225 + 1837 crystals at my Rank

The connetction error is totally wrecking my game now in html version. as does the damage bug, which doesent let me do any damage. use to this broblem was solvable by refreshing the bage, but not anymore. also i self-destuct when entering the first time into game.
