Sometimes when I play tanki online on my laptop using Mozzilla (version of flash http://i.imgur.com/8Vp3Qu1.png) and when I go full screen,I can play normally,but when my laptop needs to charge,the screen goes black,I don't know how this process is called but it has some name though,so I just grab my charger,put it in my laptop,turn it on,get back to tanki,I see that my screen is frozen and that I have a fatal-error and I have to refresh,sometimes I can't get back into my battle due to the server being overpopulated...

How to fix this? .--.
Is it a bug glitch? or just some problem of myself....

I use Safari on a Mac.  I have lost all controls in game. I can type anywhere else (like here) but not in game anymore in either all chat or team chat..  The arrow keys don't work and the WASD works sometimes and then very slowly.  The spacebar doesn't fire so I join a game .. sit there ...get killed.  Not great fun.

 

Any ideas what might be wrong and how I could fix it please.

 

 

Update - Oct 14 - Logged on this morning and "hey presto" it works fine

 

Update - Oct 15 - It's back.  AS&Z work but no other functions....kinda limits the battle.

Recently I experienced a big problem playing on Safari browser. I am getting this error message "Cannot establish connection (host: 37.48.74.157, ports: 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050)". 

 

This did not happen before. Now I can't play Tanki on Safari. I play on Firefox browser, and am having some issues there as well. Such as not being able to pick or enter battles.

 

I am at a loss and want to play like normal again. Can anyone tell me if you've experienced this problem and what steps to take to fix it?

Have you tried clearing browser cache, resetting firefox, cleaning Flash player cache?

Resetting Firefox:

• Click the menu button and then click help .
• From the Help menu choose Troubleshooting Information. ...
• Click the Reset Firefox… button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
• To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
• FYI Safari isn't the best browser to play games on, Firefox is reccomended :)

I also have been experienceing problems. I recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7.

I made sure to install the the appropriate drivers, and my computer is up to date.

I have always used Firefox for tanki and when I was playing today I noticed it is more laggier than when I had windows xp.

Could it because I have the most recent version of Flash Player?

I made sure that hardware acceleration is on and the Local storage is all the way to the right.

So basically your saying when your laptop needs to be charged (low battery) the screen turns black, so you go to charge it and when you turn on your laptop, it has a fatal error on the game?

Wow that hard to diagnose what the problem is.

I don't think its the game's fault, it may be just how your computer reacts to low battery.

It could also still be on but, the screen just dims down, some laptops do that to conserve power.

Try looking in the brightness settings and see if there is anything on that

Why don't you just make sure your laptop doesn't die? No more problems :)

Hey guys My m2 frebird got lowered to m1 fire and that hapened to my shaft also. I had atleast 100 of each drug and also I had engouh to  buy m2 twins i had the exact amount and now im have been lowered to 3k. :(

mi tanki online no funciona correctamente no puedo coger diamntes ni suministros ni hacer daño al oponente con ninguna de mis armas.

Probe abrir tanki en otro navegador y si me funciono pero no quiero yo quiero jugar en google chrome debe ser un problema de este navegador pero nose cual es ayudenme por favor llevo 4 dias con esto que debo hacer ????

Hola!

Yo hablo espanol y el problema es con Google Chrome,y tambien tal ves es que no has borrado tu cache de Fkash player

Como resolver el problema con Google Chrome:

1.

      3.

 

      Nota cada ves que hay una nueve version de Flash Player en google chrome, tienes que hacerlo otra ves

 

Otra solucion es que tienes limpiar el cache de Flash Player

1. En Chrome, en el juego, toca buton derecho del raton,
2. "Global Settings"
3. "Delete All"
4. "Delete Data"

Si estos tips no te ayuda, tienes que usar otra navegador, te recomiendo Firefox

Ik, it happened because I changed the tab a second before the game ended then switched back quickly, so the computer lagged and that happened.

I have good signal in connection and use adobe flash player ActiveX ans 14 Plugin and google chrome 38.0.2125.104 version...

 

I just go over the crystals and can't get them.

I assume you are aware of this, but sometimes, I am removed from a battle when I try to change equipment. It says fatal error occurred and my score is lost.

 

Instead of clicking out of the battle just refresh the the page. it may take a little longer to load but it will save your spot and score for about 99 min or something like that.

Do you have any external plugins that are supposed to "enhance" game play (example USB overdrive)?

A while back there was a report that adobe 14 had some problems did you try going back the previous version?

I noticed that when I join battles in the "Dusseldorf" and "Lost Temple" maps, I nearly always get a "fatal error" message. It doesn't happen very often on other maps so I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem on those maps.

The more players the more info that has to be sent back and forth between your computer and the server. Typically press the refresh and it loads fine the second time. I would also turn off the battle chat, I find that it loads better without it.
