I have experienced this problem twice now and i need to know how to fix it the chat will not work it thinks i am a rookie and will not let me chat i am a rank of sergeant how do i fix? pm me if you know.

Hello!

 

My problem is that about an hour ago I bought crystals on my bigger account (which is currently banned, so I write from here) to buy the "Voltage kit". I have dictator m1 and railgun m1, and the kit contains m2 from them. However it doesn't count into the price that I already have m1 rail and dictator. Now it still costs 136740, which is way more than it should be. My bigger account's name is TheGreatGamer2014. I can prove that it's my account, if it's neccesary. Please fix this problem!

The only way you will get an extra discount on the kit is if you own a fully micro upgraded Railgun and/or Dictator m1. Also, since the kit contains m2 equipment, and you only have m1 (which the kit doesn't offer), you can't expect a discount either. You only pay for the m2 in the kit, not for previous modifications.

You need the 8th rank to be able to chat, which means you have to rank up twice more in order to be allowed to chat. The rank limit has been changed recently to reduce chat violations by lower ranked accounts.

i joined the battle and in the pic where the players are highlighted in silver are invisible so i could not see them in the battle but they kept on killing me. I don't understand if this is a glitch or the players were hackers

Link doesn't work.

We have already fixed both the typo and the link in the in-game notifications. So, there is no more need to worry, you can just log into the game again, and then you will get the new edited message.

I've been trying to load the game for about half an hour, but each time the green bar gets to about half way it says server connection error, and then just now it let me log in, but then as soon as it loaded the battle list it went back to the connection error screen, is this just me or is it a problem with the server, if it is just me then does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

 

EDIT: I restarted my computer and now everything is working fine.

Excuse me. I voted for Portugal on the Football Frenzy, but I didn't get my crystals. Since Portugal won the Euro, I was supposed to get 50,000 crystals. I decided to wait a bit, since lots of people were getting their rewards late. But this is too late, and I'm very dissapointed :(  :angry:. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Both us moderators and the developers are aware of the links in-game chat that are not clickable. You must first copy the specific link that you want to open, and paste it into a new window on your browser. For now, this is the only work-around for opening the external links.

ok now second day in a row with this popping up and mainly in the last two minutes or so  at the end of battles..

 

now i know my tanks look small it cause my son was working on my system last night adding new stuff .. it has nothing to do with the over all system just size changed for my tanki ..lol

 

as you can see my ping / lag is normal so this has nothing to do with me.. also i have played yesterday on 4 of my 8 accounts and only once in my second battle it showed up on another server and account..please tanki fix your servers ...

It's a glitch with Vulcan, sometimes it shoots, but doesn't do any damage. Releasing space bar and pressing it again usually solves it.

Gave a shot to clearing your browser's cache yet? That usually fixes the problem

Hyperlinks (the type of link that you showed me in the picture) are needed and should not be removed because they are much clearer and easier to follow. First, full plain-text links are too long and can make reading difficult, but hyperlinks fit right in the text especially if the hyperlink's text (anchor text) describes what the link will bring you too (e.g. you make the words "advance guide" a hyperlink to your advance guide.) Second, to follow a hyperlink, one simply has to click on it where with a plain link the user has to copy and paste it into a different tab.

All we can do now is to continue to wait until the problem is resolved.  (a developer) has recently confirmed in another topic that he is almost finished with fixing the problems.

I understand that, but I still don't get why some links are hyperlinks and others aren't.
