I have "Collect Gold Box" mission. My friend helped me and I got the Gold Box, when I went to the "Missions", it still said "Collect Gold Box" 0/1.  I refreshed and re-entered the game many times, still same problem, catching a Gold Box is not really so I wish the can fix it and give my reward back. Thanks. My browse r= Google

In order to complete that mission you must catch the gold in a normal battle -not parkour mode- and there must be at least 1 person on the other team in case of CTF/TDM/CP and 1 person in the map in case of DM so if you sure you didn't catch the gold box in an empty map or a parkour mode map then fill this form.

There is a bug in shaft where you shoot and it does no damage to the enemy tank. It was not here before the re-balance. Also, it occurs about 1/10 shots for me, it may be different for other shafters.

In addition to the Ghost Bullet Glitch, shaft has a new glitch.  Sometimes the fully-charged sniper shot will do as much as an arcade shot. The guy I fired at had no protections or supplies activated.  Quite frustrating.  On my other acc I have m2 shaft and fully-charged hits will sometimes do 499 damage, which is the arcade's max.  Max sniper damage is 1702, and I usually do that much when I'm fully charged.

When I logged in today and joined a battle, I noticed that the graphics and lag were much worse than normal. I then checked the settings page on TO and surprisingly, there were no graphics settings. This occurred on Chrome. Then I went to internet explorer and logged in and there were graphics settings there and the graphics were much better, in addition to the lag issues being gone. I hope this problem will be fixed soon.

There is a problem with tanki client.I tried to logg in yesterdy and the loading was taking forever,i closed it and launched again and it stucked again in loading.I tried to log in today and same thing happened (it keeps loading for about 20 minutes and nothing happens).I logged in from firefox and i got into my account without waiting much,but the problem with the client still is.

And a second one:When i am logging to the game sometimes it asks me to put my password again (while i am in),this happens especialy when i am switching servers.

1. Uninstall the game client.
2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.

When using shaft, a bug occurs if I die while in zoom mode with any of the four arrow keys held down. As I respawn, the arrows that were pressed still apply to the turret's movement. If it's either the left or right key, not a big issue, you can simply press c to bring back to normal. However, if it's the up or down key, the bug won't manifest itself until you go back into zoom mode, at which point your aim will uncontrollably go up or down. Again, solving this issue is straightforward enough for the user, simply exit zoom mode and you'll be fine.

 

However, I can no longer count the hundreds of times I've died stupidly because I only had a one second window to shoot after respawning and that infuriating bug made aiming at my would be victim simply impossible.

 

This bug has been going on for more than a year now (since the mouse control update, I seem to remember), I'm very surprised you've never fixed it. I would greatly appreciate you fixing it in the near future.

just noticed this and it was not showing up on other pages .. if in battle not there some times and then other times a blank dark brown box appears ..

I was killing one of my alts and I was receiving 8 xp per kill. I still got 10 exp for killing my higher ranked account with my lower ranked account when I tried to see if it went the other way.

That happens when the vulcan shooting you is facing that glitch. The vulcan shoots and everyone can see it shooting, it just doesn't do any damage as if it's shooting at a teammate. And it happens due to the lag problem sometimes it happens to me here are the solutions for that, but remember - refreshing the page solves the problem most of the time.

 

1. Make sure no one is using wi-fi while playing tanki and the internet speed is good.
2. Rejoin the battle and check it again if the lag still continues keep rejoining unless you recover your lag.
3. Turn off mip-mapping and sky-box from graphic settings to boost up your fps.

If the problem still continues then try using TankiOnlineClient or stand alone flash player
