giving an option to see server list

guys, this is ridiculous. i have to wait for 10 minutes in order to join a DM match, and this is driving me crazy. this matchmaking system is absolutely horrible, it says it will find a match in roughly 30 secs while in reality it takes 10 minutes. i have no clue why they made this terrible system that cant work properly. nobody asked for it, and we need a battle list. if we will get one, tanki will rise in popularity because it would be easier to find a match. extremely dissapointed that their system has not changed for a year now. > :(

If it doesn't put you in a match, it means there's no match. Adding an element of manual choice would only make the MM system worse, and it would unto all the issues that the system aims to solve in the first place (like mults and abuse).

 

What's needed instead is a proper interface indicator showing not just a mostly inaccurate "approximate time", but instead, the amount of battles currently being played, the amount of players in that game mode, the amount of players in queue, etc. That way instead of waiting for 3 minutes you could just see that there's no one playing that game mode and switch to another one.

That would help a lot, make it more transparent.

However at off-peak this is not enough, we need an alternate system, a Lite MM (less players, less game mode available maybe,...) and the daily mission to be also altered as some battle mode are not not played and you can't join them and complete these mission. 

That would also help the Spanish servers whic hare very low in players.

That could work, or better yet, just merge all the team related game modes into one, and making all the separate ones exclusive to pro battles. That would reduce wait times by a tremendous amount.

I agree there should be a way to know how many players in your rank spread are waiting in the queue. Also it should show when a battle of that mode is ending, which brings more likely players.

For example:

In your rank spread:

4 players waiting for CP

CP battles will end in 17, 23, 57

6 players waiting for TDM

TDM battles will end in 23, 51, 1:12

0 players waiting for ASL

ASL battles will end in 58, 1:37, 2:56

 

you get the point. (ASL is not so popular.)
