It's not clear under Forum Groups section.

We need a Feedback topic in C&F.

 

The new HTML5 beta also needs a feedback topic, performance issues aside, it looks really bad, in my opinion.

I think the forum Forum Updates should be a subforum of Communications and Feedback.
