I will miss that too, but the glitches are just getting far too annoying so more than excited for it to change.

The developers intentionally and successfully killed the original RU forum ...

 

What's the guarantee they will not do same with the EN ... though  here the toxic posts are much less - overall, with a few exceptions, the EN players are far more brain-washed and willing to absorb any , that the ones in the RU community.

 

Anyway, everything the developers say/claim/promise is worth nothing - they have failed so much due to their incompetence, greed, cynicism and hypocrisy, that their credit of trust is 0 (zero) ...

the devs better stop "improving" the game&forum, because every change they've made appears to be better than than their next one ...

I am not fond of the new forum as the format is restricted and complicated. For standard posting it is fine, but for article  and newspaper it is a pain.

I have not tried it at all so I dont know, but does standard BBcode not work in the new forum?

haha, they improved it. It is the same as what we have here! The BBC tool is there now. Only the BBC code mode is not available, but that's was only useful for a limited amount of occasion. Great, i have no objection, this new revision is very close to the existing. 

Only the RU suffered :) It is great that TO waited to improve it before implementing it in the EN.

Even after update, my fps is still dropping from 60 on html5 even on lowest graphics and on client i get 60 fps even on full graphics :(

You find 60 unplayable , i am fine with 40 dropping to 30 . On client no issue maintaining well above it , on HTML5 im reaching top 35 , low 20 , which is indeed unplayable . Together with controls which are way off target .

Yeah, it's hard to get used to it when your fps is different from what you're used to. Hopefully, they will optimize it soon enough and if not, then I'm stuck on buggy, old client which crashes every 15 minutes  <_<

not a fan of this new system

 

seeing that chat is located at bottom of the page and you now have to click on it to open up to see chat . before it was only open up news on one account and they system would stay open.

 

also not allowing us to change our equipment once in battles or apply drones if needed. giving other team advantageous if they had member's with a drone on.

 

mission indicator stays on after you open missions , some accounts remove the dot others don't.

 

also been finding when opening battles you see one photo then jump to another .

 

please shorten down the time allowance between weekly container that contains battery's been finding there is a longer time allowance between tankions and I think battery's postings.

 

also missing the log into forum main page when you leave the game. now you have to pin it to your browser , in order to go to it.

 

this is one of the pages you get  before you enter into your game.

It's not even dying XD

 

It's just getting a little bit boring. Side effects include: A majority of EN players thinking the game is dying/dead. 

 

Flash will be unsupported in 2020. HTML5 will get a client.

 

P.S 70% of computers support both HTML5 and Flash. 74% of computers support HTML5.

 

(The people in the RU community probably have that 74% of computers, and us EN players probably have that 26% of computers that don't support HTML5)

I have this problem in all browsers ... Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Explorer.

Click "Advanced", then click "Proceed to tankionline.com/play". It should be solved.

I HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE GAME:
constantly taking commands and waiting for the mouse to become active
I was killed before and went to the garage for other equipment ... now you replace the equipment and lose the tank again ... points are lost
worst of all when matchmaking puts me on the losing team in the last 2 minutes of the game
when I'm sure of a hit ... I miss ...
now i have 5 clicks to go back to full screen mode ... just one before
how can some have protection 50 when the max update is 35 for me?
i think they were touching something in the weapon settings ,,, now with the rail cannon i have to hit the heavy tank 10 times to destroy it

behind the building I see the enemy and can no longer see through the bush ... disaster
i think this went in the direction of who has the money to buy the max and just walk through the game

Even if the light switch button is not available, BB code should still work just fine and give you all the formatting options that are in this old forum engine.

In HTML5, you need to bring up the pause menu before entering garage, the best way to do this is to hit 'P' & 'G' in quick succession immediately after you die, that way you wont respawn and die while you're in the garage.

Just hit F11 on you keyboard, much quicker.

To get 50% you need to buy M3 protection modules once you reach Marshall rank and fully upgrade them.

Why is all the printing so small?  It looks like you are using Ariel 10 point (this is Ariel 10 point)...even this forum is 12 point.  There is tons of empty space...make the damn font larger...at the very least 12 point like this forum 

 

Colors in battles are all washed out and with all th3 flashes and glowing drop boxes it's difficult to see...needs more contrast.  There is a lot more clicking to navigate the lobby.  Why make the lobby less convenient?

Not all of us have your young eyes and play on 24/27 screen . I do not find them that easy to read , since im playing on laptop and i got 50y old eyes ( and im not the only older person in game , theres plenty )

 

Also , something else , i just think about and i havent checked myself . 1 clan member could not go in pro battles . Yes , all members in my clan have commander rank , and im pretty sure im not banned at the moment . Like i said , i havent checked myself , ad so far i heard only 1 person mentioning it .

I have some workaround for some of the font size issue. As it is all on HTML5 you can change the font size via the zoom (mouse + wheel / or Ctrl + / - ).Or go on the settings  chrome://settings/fonts  appearance > font size / customise fonts

I have 16 (size) / Medium (recommended). On the settings, if you change the "size" it will affect the size of certain characters (almost all the garage text). Unfortunately it did not affect the size of the Nickname above the tanks.

To change "Time New Romans" for a better one such as Arial, go to customise fonts. It did change the font thought. 

 

Open your garage and play with chrome://settings/fonts until you are happy.

The HTML5 client is not available. You can still use the FLASH-client from the main page.
