Migration to new HTML5 version

From tomorrow (Friday, November 15th), all players who are currently using the old HTML5 version of the game (with the exception of players on some partner sites) will be automatically redirected to the new HTML5 version. The old version will be removed and will no longer be accessible.
 
Here’s the really important part.
 
With tomorrow’s release, we are adding support for texture atlases to the new HTML5 version, which will enable the game to run smoothly even on outdated computers!
 
The old HTML5 version served as a “lifeboat” in the months after Flash was discontinued, keeping the game afloat and allowing you to play. Now it has served its purpose, and the new version is stable enough to allow everyone to play comfortably.
 
But this is just one stop on our journey. Our final plan is to switch completely to the new HTML5 version and phase out all other versions of the game. There’s still quite a bit of work to be done, but we’ll get there.

might have issues with it . seeing were having issues with fps in battles . strange thing its only happening on one account all others seem to run smooth when in battles. others also been having the same issues/

It looks bad, it looks like a mess. I’ll get used to the look, but that’s how it looks to me.

 

I tried with Opera last week and it lags and the camera is awful. Hopefully with the update it won’t lag.

 

The client works very good in comparison.

I don't know whether I am reporting the HTML5 bug on the right page or not, if not, please replace it in the right page.

The bug is that I can not see many of low end (very very bottom) bottuns such as the nubmer of friends, create a battle, join and etc..., as ilustrated below.

We may need a lighter version of the game that’s focused on computers of low specs and small displays.

 

With a 17in you can see well everything, but smaller than that you can’t even see where you’re getting shot from. And with the new HTML5 you can’t even see the interface’s numbers and letters.

 

Yes, some can use their phones to play, but some have small laptops that they can carry around.

I played with HML5, and it is all good. You scared me for a moment as I thought you had a good reason for this kind post of yours, but it turned out to be a wind. TBH it looks like someone more pissed of about a positive comment than anything else.

Please leave the old tanki online html5 accessable for at least a couple weeks, but start redirecting people the the new html5. Please, i really want to buy a kit with crystals and there is not an option for them in the new html5. I think there might be a reason for them going away but i really want to get one of these kits. Cosmonaut or Raiden kit. Please Tanki

IMO I've been playing the new HTML 5 version since it came out.

 

Yes there are still some bugs and glitches, but it's at least a working stable platform. I've had maybe 3-4 errors on it since its release compared to 1 or 2 a day on flash.

 

My biggest problems with it is that there's no way to see what alterations other players have or you cant see your mission progress while in battle.

 

There is also the camera movement issue, but I honestly got used to it (don't know how, but I just did).
