What has happened?

I haven't played this game in several months. I kinda come and go as I please. However, what has happened? No doubt this thread will be deleted.However I went to buy some crystals and the economy has not only changed, but it's changed for the absolute worse and the only benefit to buying in game is for tanki themselves. The user has to buy tankoins. Which you can then convert into purchase of crystals. However 8750 "tankoins" is 64.99 euro.

 

Not only this, but the amount of users "drugging" in game has made the game unprofitable. You can't earn enough crystals in game to justify using the various boxes available. The game has always been played in my mind with a P&L outview.

 

The game is a game I merely play when I'm bored but the above economy really needs looking into. It's far to expensive now to play.

I have not bought anything, so did many other players. Now you get more supplies than before by playing, it it pretty easy, plus you have the Overdrives that are very potent and do not require supplies.

 

Regarding crystals form battles, they have increased, for the same xp gained you will get more crystals. Also Goldbox drops more often than before for low ranks. You can get crystals from the montly war and challenges, from the daily mission and the weekly missions,... so more crystals everywhere (but less xp).

 

Tankoins is to help the buyers that plays on mobiles, they had no discount before, but now they can access them. They bear many other inconvenience, but I am no buyer so ....

The only good thing the goldbox is for is double / triple kills if you're a shaft.

Are you new or just clueless? The mods routinely delete complaints. They have their reasons, and I disagree with all of them, but they hide most comments. They hide all comments that repeat anything (even tangentially) that is already listed on the head page. It isn't for complaining and venting. They pretend it is some sort of emergency triage forum, but they quash any conversations before they get substantive.

Viki likes the sound of her own voice. She used to be a mod. You can guess why she isn't still.

 

The devs are focused on adding new stuff so there is more to spend real money on. They also seem intent on increasing complexity and frustration levels. Hazel still pays lipservice to counterplay, but there is no counter to most of the overdrives. There is no counter to facing 8 turrets with only three protections. The game is just frustration, and I'm trying to figure out why I'm still playing.

The game is rather much more free friendly than ever...you get sooo many free supplies that anyone can compete. You dont buy in shop, you get them fom containers and missions. At the legend rank, you get 360 free DD, DA, and SB each week just from weekly containers

Agreed, supplies affordability have become much less of a problem for F2P high ranks but drones have quite the opposite effect.

Not too sure to be honest, I have been seeing many complaints about prices going up but havent looked myself since I never kept track of shop prices.
