Anyone notice a big change to Product Kits?

It seems that Tanki changed the duration of availability for garage product kits from around a week to closer to a month...certainly 20+ days.  At 20 days for each kit, that will be almost eight months for all the kits to cycle through one time.  Maybe they are planning on offering kits for various duration...dunno...we will see.

Buyers will still be able to have any kit they wish as soon as they rank high enough, but freebies are in real trouble if you want a specific kit.  This is a big change and I don't think it even got mentioned anywhere (I could be way off on that, but I didn't hear anything about it)

Kits are undergoing a revamp due to the upcoming modification update that was mentioned in the Vlog and HTML5.

To me it seems that this 30 day duration is a temporary thing until the updates are introduced or Tanki moves fully to HTML5 where they mentioned that kits would be available for crystals in the showcase shop.

I would not expect it to last 8 months.

Will this affect our microupgrades? Like should I continue to upgrade stuff now?

V-Log; depressing as usual.  No wonder I don't watch them...always bad news or tortured spin.

It will be interesting to see what happens with kits in the future.

It is amazing to me that a company can get away with selling something and then changing it completely at a later date.  I don't use Thunder but I'd sure be upset if I did.  Isn't one of Thunders main qualities is it's effectiveness at long range?  ...not after this update.  Tanki did same thing to Twins (slow the projectile) and now I have several Twins accounts sitting idle...it completely trashed Twins.  Coerce many of the Thunder players into switching into another turret with all the upgrades and modifications to follow...$$$.  You can buy, but you never know what you will have...

Yes it will though developers have promised that overall prices will stay the same so I would be too worried about upgrading now or later. Your tank certainly won't lose any strength.
