Yes thank you, I can log in using Puffin. But still can't pick a territory to attack or defend as the map is blinking.

You are able to choose, but it doesn’t activate until you get 5+ stars

Well, ok. But the rules were not really clear on that.

 

Every turn starts with 0 Stars. Once you’ve earned your first 5 Stars, you will be able to pick territories. As soon as you’ve made your choices and confirmed them on the WAR website, any Stars you earn will be added to your faction’s progress on the regions you’ve chosen.

 

In fact, we can pick territories before 5 stars. So the rules should say "Once you earned 5 stars, your picks will be validated."

But there is a website that is supposed to make things easier for us. And it's not working.
