Dictator is an embarrassment

Its size can be a bonus when playing unselfishly. Get it sideways on to oncoming flag catchers or ball carriers and just block them.

Works great with Vulcan as you can shoot over many obstacles and the enemy can't shoot you back.

No one mentions the freeze part of the overdrive. Hold off on the overdrive until you are attacked at close, range freeze the other tank, then drive around them strafing them while they can't move.

Great hull for getting elevation by rocking.

Lots of the walls in Tanki seem to have a Dictator's rear end shape to the end so you can just poke the turret out.

Dic/Vulcan is my go to combo.

Dicta is okay. Generally, it's a hull that can sink you in the battle or save you depending on what turret you choose and how you play it. Its height has both advantages and disadvantages. It can be impossible to hit a target with it, but you can also often reach targets that are on different height level than you are and that are completely untouchable by Hornet or Viking, for example. I agree, it is a hull that is on the more annoying spectrum in combination with certain turrets, but it kind of makes it unique in its own way. If you learn how to use specific turrets with it (Isida can be really hard to handle with it) or use turrets that go decently good with it (I like Railgun with it or Smoky) it can be quite fun and easy time with very team-focused OD.

Dictator with Gauss is pretty good too. You can play as sniper and it's OD allows you to play part support.

It's definitely not a sub par hull, it just feels a little out of place compared to the current selection of hulls.

Maybe some parameter adjustments, and a different weight category (like hefty? idk) should fix it.

On the other hand, you can shoot players that are on a different level, like in Sandbox, when they are in the middle, with Smoky or Rico.
