declined Early m3 kits

Fairly unfair that by the time you reach brigadier almost any p2w player can 1-shot or kill you with in secs even if you luckily have defense against the turret not giving the regular players a chance but wait for m3 kits which makes us people in major not even feel motivated to try ranking up because it'll be month maybe a year to reach the rank needed to buy m3 kits and to the point where we quit (like me) but if it's possible to buy m3 kits on brigadier you would probably have more people motivated knowing their close to their goal of buying m3

Developers, unfortunately, do not accept ideas from players regarding Product Kits.

In your Idea, you mentioned that if you are a Major, or rank close to Major, playing against Brigadiers, you are at a disadvantage because you can't have M3 equipment. On the contrary, you can fully micro-upgrade your M2 equipment, and have just as powerful equipment. Also, the new "Mk1-7" update that is coming soon to the game will make it so there is a shorter gap between each level of equipment, thus also fixing the motivation problem you might be experiencing.

If you don't spend any money on the game, you are of little or no use. There's a reason why people spend money on the game - so they can be advantaged.

 

Sometimes you are the dog and sometimes you are the fire hydrant. When you play against people significantly higher ranked than you, you should expect being the fire hydrant. When you are playing warrant officers, you can expect being the dog. No need to scream imbalance here. I would be scared if a Lieutenant has access to equipment that are as powerful as mine, as a legend.
